Figurações de saberes tradicionais a partir do cultivo da mandioca na Vila de Brasília no municipio de Barreirinha - AM

Abstract

In this study we seek to qualitatively analyze the “Practices and figurations of traditional knowledge from the cultivation of the native plant cassava (Manihot esculenta)”. Research carried out in the Universe of Vila de Brasília in the District of Estácio, Municipality of Barreirinha, where we seek to understand the principles of figuration of traditional knowledge in the management of the cultivation of maniva, as it is a product of great relevance in the experiences of the Amazon, in the we propose to know the cultivation practices, as well as understand the social relations in the process of production and consumption of products and their derivatives. As for the methodological theoretical contribution, we prioritized the trails of complex thought, in a Morianian dialogical conversation from which it was possible to identify the social interweaving, sociocultural habits, absence of public policies, and the cassava product reduced to local consumption in a complex system of figuration of knowledge
