Resumo
Barros (2005, p.32)“the great knot of relations between family and school, however, has to be

data obtained from educators, parents and guardians, pedagogical support and school management
Pedro Teixeira State School and in the observation of the 2nd year class “A” and “B”. based on
answers, an analysis was made with the results obtained to give coherence in the work of
search. And to obtain the data, qualitative and bibliographical research were used,
observation, participation, questionnaires and interview. It was concluded that if the family and the school
work together, and each institution performs its function the level of learning of
students will be quite high. It is not enough for the school to participate in the student's school life if
the family does not do its part in the due follow-up
