Resumo
Using a specific approach to management can be critical to the success of an
organization's projects, especially in the marketing industry. Despite the importance,
many companies do not have a high degree of maturity in project management and,
therefore, do not organize their activities and services as such. Because of this, they
do not have a structure prepared for the full implementation of a project management
methodology immediately. In order to overcome this type of limitation, the present work
aims to propose a personalized approach to project management using the processes
present in the PMBOK 6th Edition Guide. The chosen research methodology aims to
propose an approach for the company to use it in its routine. After the necessary
analyses, the processes of greater alignment with the needs of the organization and
tools that allow a quick implementation were identified, in addition to the proposition of
an adequate structure for the management of marketing projects.
