O aumento da ansiedade em músicos durante e pós-pandemia do Coronavírus: os desafios enfrentados durante a performance musical

Abstract

Cases of anxiety disorders during and after the pandemic had a significant and worrying increase. Returnig to the stage for a performance can be more challenging, as the world has gone through a period of mouring and trauma, with the mental health of the population increasingly weak, which for a certain time in this period of COVID- 19, did not have access to psychological care, precisely due to social distancing. This research presentes in na objective way the relationship between pandemic and anxiety in the musical environment, and the relationship that this has with performance, pointing out problems that already existed before that coronavírus, but that due to the process passed by all, got worse, such as anxiety in performance and stage panic. This work points out the differences between these themes based on fully bibliographic research.
