Abstract

This work has as general objective to analyze what innovations are offer in accommodation services in AirBnb. In relation to the specific objectives, to identify the profile of people that uses Airbnb and they motivational aspects, to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this site, to compare the differences between the traditional hotels and to find out the impact of share economy currently. The research was of great importance, because it helped the researcher to understand the motivation of the search for hostels and their success. The results allowed having an overview of the motivation in which is the search for a service that, besides having an affordable price, conveys a place of safety and familiarity.
