Abstract

This guide is intended to provide care and information to help adolescents better understand hypertension. It brings information so that you can know a little more about systemic arterial hypertension, in its general aspects so that you will be able to prevent it and live well. The educational guides will be able to mediate, in the context of Public Health Nursing practice, actions to enhance health education for supported self-care and quality of life for individuals and families in the context of chronic conditions.
