Abstract

The work evaluates the public policies in the State of Amazonas, by means of data analysis, scientific research, and information production, which can promote a wide discussion among the University, civil society, and other actors involved in the public management of the State of Amazonas, providing reflection and criticism on the role of public policies in the qualification of the services offered by the State.
