Resumo

The present work has as its theme the Democratic Management and the participation of the family in the school, the experience took place at the Francisco Mendes Municipal School, which aimed to address the participation of themselves in the institution's democratic processes, by seeking opinions and suggestions for the improvement of some problems that have been disturbing the physical and educational quality of the students. Its general objective was to investigate how parents and guardians participate in the Democratic Management of the school institution, through the analysis of their suggestions within the school planning to reach goals and solve any possible problem. to get the respective results, field and exploratory research were used, with a qualitative approach which were collected through interviews with the participants of this investigation. one of the debates that will be addressed are the possible improvement of the lunch and the reform of the multi-sports court of school that have prevented students from having their leisure time outside of class and for this reason reason why they remain in the classroom for long hours when the only entertainment is a break from recess just for snacking and due to the small amount of snacks distributed, it ends up being too much this moment is short and they need to return to the classroom again and continue carrying out the tasks that are requested of them in the academic day to day until the time of departure. For this For this reason, possible strategic possibilities will be presented to remedy these setbacks, where the family intervention in this process together with school management can have a direct impact on the solution these problems, in addition to strengthening the partnership between family and schoo
