A Técnica de Exaustão como processo de investigação e criação do espetáculo performativo “rudmentar”

Abstract

The present work intends to examine the construction of the performative show “Rudmentar” and my personal process using the investigation method proposed in the critique of creative processes, Salles (1998) and in the ethnographic research, Fortin (2009) through a board report for understanding theory of this research. “Rudmentar” investigates the reality of life of cargo shippers at the panair port in the city of Manaus, identifying the harmful consequences of precarious work and how these bodies behave when carrying weights above their limit on a daily basis. The main basis of the work is the technique of exhaustion and the effects it provided me as a point of investigation for the creation of the process by raising my body and mind to a state of complete exhaustion and repetition through the practices of the artist/director Jerzy Grotowski.
