Resumo

This work aims to create a Botanical Didactic Collection of skeletonized leaves of mono and dicotyledonous plant species to differentiate them, as to their morphological structure in order for this to act as an important teaching-learning support. For this, field collections will be made where only leaves will be collected, two of each species, one to skeletonize (didactic material) and another to make exsiccata (scientific material). At the time of collection, morphological characteristics of the plant will be noted, and one specimen will be skeletonized, boiled with water and caustic soda to remove the chlorophyll and obtain complete skeletonization, and the other specimen will be pressed in newspaper with wooden presses, then placed in an oven at 60°C for complete dehydration. The number of specimens collected, identified and separated into monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous classes is listed, to be plasticized, stored in frames, with a quality collection that will be available at the Cesp Herbarium, to be used as teaching material for Science and biology And thus, to contribute to the elaboration of new methodologies for the study of class differentiations of angiosperms, which teachers can use to facilitate students' understanding through samples highlighting the difference between monocots and dicots and contribute to a better understanding of some botanical species present in Parintins, still arousing interest in conservation and a basis for the development of more advanced studies
