Abstract

Maintenance indicators are mechanisms capable of providing information to measure and improve processes in an industry. The implementation of these mechanisms becomes crucial not only for reducing operational costs, but also for guaranteeing the safety, reliability and availability of industrial assets. This work presents the main concepts of world-class maintenance indicators, management tools for cause and effect analysis such as PDCA, 5W2H, ISHIKAWA and FEMEA, as well as the main types of maintenance. This monograph aims to implement tools to improve these indicators through data analysis software Power Bi and Excel. The methodology applied was based on bibliographic research of literature review, survey of machine stoppage data at the tire factory from January 2020 to June 2024, analysis and processing of data, implementation of information in data analysis tools and Finally, the creation of dashboards. As a result, dashboards were developed in Power Bi containing information from long, repetitive, critical and general panels, a dashboard was also created for MTBF and MTTR. In Excel, only one dashboard was created with information on MTBF, MTTR, Availability and number of panels on critical machines.
