Resumo

This study raises questions about inclusive pedagogical practices aimed at teaching biology, considering the inclusion process of blind students. The use of adapted didactic material is a factor that needs to be reviewed and put into practice by the school, aiming at improving learning, as many blind students attend school, but due to the lack of a closer look at the difficulties and a pedagogical practice in fact inclusive, teaching contributes little to the development of these students. Thus, the objective of the research we aimed is to analise the benefits of didactic resources adapted in braille for blind students in biology classes in a public school in the city of Parintins -AM. Authors like Vaz et al (2012); Azevedo (2012), among others, contribute to this research because they bring the perspective that teaching Science and Biology classes has been a great challenge for teachers in the area, since most are not prepared to face this particularity in the classroom. The research is of a qualitative nature, as it seeks to describe the perceptions, opinions and questions, in a deep interaction between the actors of the research. As a procedure we will use the case study. The techniques used in the research will be participant observation; reports / free and application of pedagogical workshop. The research subjects consist of two blind students included in the 3rd year of high school. It is hoped that this research may provide opportunities for discussions about the teaching-learning process of blind students and contribute to new inclusive pedagogical practices in the classroom.
