This article is about how the festive harmonies in the stands at soccer matches, the chanted music and the engaging rhythms appear in the context, through the manifestations of the barra brava bands, whose main purpose is to promote the praise of the team towards victory on the pitch. Although the history of barras is surrounded by controversy, involving brawls and violence, it is noticeable that in more recent formations of barras they try to break with these stereotypes, focusing their activities on strengthening the fans through music in order to encourage their team. It's important to note that in the area of music, there is a deep concern about the preparation of parodies and arrangements, as well as the importance of adding more members to the group, with a willingness to teach the instruments present in the barra. From the pre-match cheer to the second half, through their music and cheers, we can realize that the members of the barra brava have the intention to support the team and promote the party in the stadium, whether in victory or defeat.
