Resumo
This course conclusion paper delas with the activities of teaching and learning music through the violin, developed in the music project of the Evangelical Church Assembly of God Traditional in Manacapuru-IEADTAM, called Orchestra Brilho Celeste-OBC serving students aged 7 to 40 years. I will seek to understand how this process took place through the group's history, from 2009, when the group was first formation of the group, until 2016, when the project became active. Thus mentioning who the teachers were, how the theoretical and practical classes were developed, and the addition of new students to the project over the years. Alson reporting on my experience in the group, first as a student and a few years later as a teacher, referring to the difficulties encountered in conducting the classes, such as the lack of instruments, the different types of teaching and the organization of the classes to meet the needs of students. The students, because the classes were held collectively, thus not having individual classes. I will expose the presentations and workshops developed during the lifetime of the OBC Project and the methods used by teachers, emphasizing the Suzuki educational method created by violinista Shinichi Suzuki (1898-1998) which is not a simple one process of music education, but an application philosophy, I will finally show the results achieved along this path. The purpose of this paper is to present the dynamics of the violin teaching developed in the music project called obc and for this work I chouse the qualitative research with the descriptive purpose through observation, thus making a classification and interpretation of the facts. Collected through open questionnaire interviews for teachers and some students who were part of the OBC.
