Resumo

This work has as objective investigates the people's presence/absence with deficiency in the Courses of Arts in the Superior School of Arts and Tourism in Manaus and as it happens your attendance in the pedagogic processes. For the process of the research it was necessary to stipulate stages to give parameters to the objectives, and in that way it arrived to the starting point of the research: 1. to identify and to correlate the laws inside of the guidelines of base of the Brazilian education that govern about the student's accessibility with deficiency, what was seen of the theoretical part of this research; 2. to appear what specifically says the law and the reality of the School of Superior Art of Arts and Tourism, starting from application of interviews and questionnaire for the group of the research in subject 3. to Investigate the quantitative of students PCD´s that you/they were already assisted in the Course of Arts in the Superior School of Arts and Tourism - ESAT between 2011 and 2021, where the part of the analysis of this work is evidenced. The worked methodology was of character Qualitative and descriptive, with the technique of documental research and of field, that you/they had the data collected through documents, applied questionnaires. Starting from this research it was possible to lift subjects and reflections regarding the gaps of implementation of inclusive laws, as well as starting points to orientate accessibility forms and students' permanence with deficiency in the Courses of Arts. With the analysis and observation during the research, it was possible to conclude that a student is just registered and studying the course of Theater, as well as the Courses of Arts still need fittings in what it plays the property infrastructure, as well as the teachers' training for the inclusion process.
