Resumo

This Final Course Paper aims to analyze the influence of militarized education on the professional performance and emotional stability of the military firefighters of the State of Amazonas, taking as a comparative reference the consolidated model of military schools in Ceará. The research, qualitative in nature and exploratory-descriptive in character, is based on bibliographic and documentary surveys concerning the educational experience of Ceará and the activities of the Military Firefighters’ College of Amazonas (CMCB-AM). It seeks to understand how the provision of disciplined and structured education to the dependents of military personnel can reflect on the psychological well-being and productivity of professionals in the corporation. The comparative analysis between the two states shows that Ceará presents more consolidated pedagogical practices and a continuous evaluation system, while Amazonas is still in the process of consolidating its model. The results highlight the need to strengthen teacher training, improve communication with families, and adopt institutional monitoring instruments inspired by the experience of Ceará. As an applied product, it is proposed the elaboration of an educational guide and a selective process model adapted to the CBMAM context, aiming to contribute to the improvement of the pedagogical and administrative practices of the corporation.
