Abstract

This work aims to present an analytical and structural overview of Op. 61 by Ludwing Van Beethoven - Concerto in D major for violin and orchestra, convering aspects such as form, style, harmonic structure and some technical peculiarities, as well as a brief contextualization on the trajectory of the composer: stylistic and philosophical influences that reflected in his life and work and his coexistence with some celebrated violinists of his time.
