Resumo

This study aimed to develop a conceptual proposal for a pedagogical tool designed for health education workshops focusing on self-care practices among people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). It is a technological production of a descriptive nature, based on an integrative review of the scientific literature carried out in databases such as PubMed, Scopus, Lilacs, Cinahl, and Web of Science. The results highlighted the need for integrated educational approaches that consider the physical, emotional, and social dimensions of self-care, going beyond the traditional biomedical focus. The proposed workshops addressed topics such as treatment adherence, healthy eating, mental health, stigma reduction, sexuality, social support networks, and human rights. It was observed that participatory methodologies and the use of diverse pedagogical resources, such as group discussions, games, and interactive activities, enhance knowledge exchange and strengthen the bond between professionals and users. It is concluded that the proposed tool has significant applicability for health education practices, contributing to the promotion of autonomy and quality of life among PLWHA.
