Resumo
The present study discusses creativity as a higher cognitive process that can be developed in environments rich in experiences that favor the ability to create, imagine, risk, dare, insist and dedicate oneself to the new. Given this, considering the teaching and learning process in schools, we ask: How is the cognitive process of creativity mobilized in the pedagogical mediations in the 3 rd year of elementary school in a state school in Parintins-AM? To this end, we aim to analyze how the cognitive process of creativity is mobilized in pedagogical mediations in the third year of elementary school. We then outline the specif objectives: To know the theoretical foundations that sustain the development of creativity in the teaching and learning process; discover the activities that mobilize the cognitive process of students" creativity in a more efficient way and identify the pedagogical mediations carried out by the teacher to develop students' creativity. We opted for qualitative research and dialectical materialism. The participant observation and the realization of the questionnaires to the teachers, allowed to analyze the development of creativity in the daily school life. The results reveal that the pedagogical mediations used to develop creativity occur through the construction of gmaes, group work and giving freedom to the student to express his ideas in a safe way.
