Item Desenvolvimento de um protótipo de baixo custo de uma palmilha eletrônica para detecção do tipo de pisada utilizando sensores piezoelétricos(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 22-01-21) Neves, Edivan Dos Santos; Gonçalves, Cláudio; Monteiro, Bruno da Gama; Cardoso, Fábio de SouzaThis document aims to present the development of a low-cost prototype of an electronic insole to detect the type of footsteps using piezoelectric sensors, which was developed in a laboratory bench. This system has the purpose of collecting data using piezoelectric sensors installed in the insoles and together with the ESP32 WIFI LORA board to carry out a preview of the identification of the type of footsteps of an individual, namely: normal foot, flat foot, cavus foot, supinated and pronated foot, The test will be performed through simple steps, this number of steps being chosen by the user and after the steps the system will collect and analyze the result. The system will be in real model and the data transmission will be carried out by Wifi data network using the ESP32 WIFI LORA board as the transmission medium. First, it starts with the theoretical foundation on the human foot, the classifications of the types of footsteps, types of baropodometry and later the technologies used in the project, namely: voltage measurement using piezoelectric sensors, designs of insoles under test and positioning of sensors using inventor software, control board and circuit development with ESP32 WIFI LORA and software such as: Arduino IDE, Inventor, XAMPP, Xamarin.Forms, Visual Studio IDE and Fritzing design software. Then, methods and materials in which it shows the stages of project development and the materials that were used, as well as the assembly of the project, drawings of the insoles and electronic circuits, flowchart of the project and the tests carried out for its validation, in which the insole was installed on a shoe number 42 and tests were carried out for analysis. Subsequently, the result of the analysis is presented through the mobile application, as well as a preview of the identification of the type of footsteps through a graphical interface to visualize the results. The project in question was developed in manufacturing environment and had the end result in the validation process line manufacturing company heads.Item Variabilidade temporal da concentração do monóxido de carbono e ozônio para a Região Metropolitana de Manaus(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2017-06-09) Souza, Lenízia de; Souza, Rodrigo Augusto Ferreira de; Oliveira, Maria Betânia Leal de; Souza, Rita Valèria Andreoli deThe purpose of this study was to evaluate the variability of the concentration of carbon monoxide (CO) and ozone (O3) over the Metropolitan Region of Manaus (RMM), analyzing its relationships with fires and El Niño Southern Oscillation (ENSO) events, from the Atmospheric Infrared Sounder (AIRS) sensor data on board the AQUA satellite for the period from 2003 to 2015. The results showed a similar behavior in relation to the seasonal cycle of the monthly average concentrations of O3 and CO, with the lowest values of CO and O3 occurring in the first half of the year and a gradual increase from June, with peaks in September and October. Due to highest occurrence of fires in the region during its dry season. In relation to the variability associated with ENSO, an increase in O3 and CO concentrations was observed in the year 2015, classified as year of El Niño, in relation to the year 2008 and 2011, classified as La Niña year. The observations made by the environmental satellite AQUA provide a set of useful data for conducting studies on the relationship between climatic conditions and atmospheric pollution levels in the region.Item Analise da frequência e intensidade da precipitação nos aeroportos de Ponta Pelada E Eduardo Gomes na cidade de Manaus - AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2017-12-01) Rocha, Charlis Barroso da; Souza, Rita Valéria Andreoli de; Souza, Jaidete Monteiro de; Souza, Rodrigo Augusto Ferreira deThis study aimed to evaluate the frequency and intensity of precipitation for two regions of the city of Manaus - AM in the period 2009-2016. For this, precipitation data of two stations, the Eduardo Gomes Airport (AEG) and Ponta Pelada Airport (APP) locates in the south and northwest of the city of Manaus were used. The methodology consisted of evaluating seasonal and diurnal variability of rainfall in terms of intensity and frequency. Initially, the monthly rainfall accumulation of the two regions was calculated for each year separately, in order to compare with the climate of Manaus. Then, monthly and daytime frequency of precipitation and the seasonal distribution of the insensitive of the rain events were calculated. In general, the total monthly precipitation for the AEG and APP followed the seasonal precipitation of the city of Manaus. However, in some years, values below or above monthly climatology are observed, possibly associated to interannual variability of the El Niño-Southern Oscillation phenomenon. Concerning the classification by rain intensity, in the two regions the highest frequencies occur in the very low precipitation category (0.2 - 1.6 mm) during the January, February and March (JFM) trimester. Events considered extreme (> 18 mm) also occur more frequently in the JFM period, but with smaller numbers of occurrences. The frequency of monthly rainfall showed a higher occurrence of events in the rainy season of the Amazon Region (December to April), with higher values in April, while that in period from June to November (dry season) shows the lowest occurrences, with lower values in September. In relation to the daytime frequency, the highest frequency occurs from 10-15 local time and secondary peaks occur by dawn (00 local time), morning (06 local time) and night (18 local time) on most months.Item Gestão da manutenção: ferramenta de lubrificação para redução de custos e maior confiabilidade(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2017-12-07) Figueiredo, Lincoln Henschel; Kieling, Antônio Claudio; Santos, Marcos Dantas dos; Nascimento, Raimundo Nonato Pinheiro doThe high competitiveness present in the corporate world requires that the internal processes are perfected continuously. The process of continuous improvement and operational excellence is common in large corporations looking for ways to optimize resources to reduce costs and increase revenues. Like any other department, industrial maintenance should also seek opportunities with evolution in reliability and efficiency. In this context, the application of continuous improvement methodologies, offer tools for identifying opportunities, correcting deviations and standardizing results. A study was made of the history of lubrication failures in a beverage company of the Polo Industrial of Manaus and tools were created to deal with the problems encountered and thus reducing recurrent lubrication failures in the production process stops, through the application of preventive maintenance of lubrication, presented as Lubrication Toolkit in the present work. It was used the inductive method by which a lubrication procedure was created (Toolkit) where it is described step by step how the lubrication should be done at each point of the machine. The work aims to reduce lubrication failures and bring excellence in maintenance performed by the operation, seeking reliability and continuous improvement in the MTBF. The result obtained shows that, in a brewery where an MTBF worked until January 2016 of 177 hours on average, it was started in the year 2017 with an average MTBF of 363 hours, thus resulting in significant efficiency of production lines, with a 20% increase in the accumulated from January 2016 to March 2017, in addition to the reduction with maintenance costs, where in 2015 a revenue of 3.6 million was spent, in 2016 (where it began the implementation of the Lubrication Toolkit) to 3 million and successively in 2017 to 2.7 million.Item Eficiência de protetores auditivos ao espectro de bandas de oitava e aos níveis de pressão sonora aplicados em processos de fabricação mecânica de uma empresa do PIM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2017-12-07) Vieira, Mércio Filho Maquiné; Kieling, Antônio Claudio; Alencar, David Barbosa de; Santos, Marcos Dantas dos; Nascimento, Raimundo Nonato Pinheiro doMost of the time, hearing protection equipment (EPA's) are used by workers in industries exposed to various sources of noise for a long period of time. More than once the acquisition of such equipment by the employer, to be adopted without a previous analysis of its power of attenuation, was established the objective of analysis, through a case study, the efficiency of the hearing protectors, to the spectrum of bands of octave, and to the sound pressure levels applied in mechanical manufacturing processes, not belonging to a company located in Manaus. In the present work, four sources of noise were studied: Angular sander process, Cutting bench process, Process of polytton saw for aluminum and Process of the poly-cutting saw for steel. For data collection, in each of the processes, the equipment was used with octave band filter, where it was launched in the operator's hearing zone, in a radius of 150 ± 50 mm, originating from the auditory canal. Soon after the information was collected by the equipment during an execution of each process, the results were extracted through a computer program, where a thorough analysis was performed. The results of the collection demonstrate that for the Angle Grinder process, the CA 5745 hearing aid that was used in the four analyzed processes was able to meet the parameters established in the NR-15 and NHO01 standards, effectively attenuating the noise inherent in this process. process. However, it is also observed for the process of process analysis: cutting bench process, process of the police saw for aluminum and process of the police saw for steel, the hearing protector of CA 5745 did not meet the parameters established by NR-15 and NHO-01. On the other hand, the shelltype hearing protectors of CA 15624 and CA 32841 were the only protectors analyzed that were able to efficiently attenuate the routers in each of the last three processes.Item Projeto de geometria de direção para veículo off-road do tipo Baja SAE(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2017-12-11) Cervo, Matheus Ribeiro; Del Campo, Eduardo Rafael Barreda; Evangelista Neto, João; Cruz, Ricardo Wilson Aguiar daDue to the lack of bibliographies in Portuguese that approach the subject and even bibliographies that approach a complete methodology for the design of a vehicle steering system, a study and creation of a practical methodology and simple understanding is necessary. The objective of this work is to create an effective methodology for the creation of a vehicle steering system for Baja SAE Brasil competition and its validation through computational simulations to measuree the results to compare with what was proposed. In order to reach this objective, a sequence of activities was defined to optimize the time of parameter definition, modeling and simulation to define in a clear and concise way the processes to obtain an efficient steering geometry. It was obtained as a result that the methodology created was efficient and effective corresponding to what was proposed in the scope of the project and responding well to the simulations referring to situations presented in the Baja SAE Brasil competition.Item Utilização de softwares geradores do código g frente à programação manual de fresadoras CNC.(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2017-12-11) Rêgo, Jaime Steffanus da Frota; Rivera Torres, Aristides; Cisneros, Edry Antonio Garcia; Kieling, Antonio Claudio; Cisneros, Edry Antonio GarciaThis work will approach the development of G-code programs by combining manual programming with programming using code-generating software. The choice of this theme has been defined because there is the growing doubt of programmers in what moments manual programming may be superior to software programming and the opposite too. Therefore, it was necessary to prove in which situations which of the two methods would be used. For this, two analysis techniques were used: timing of programming time and comparison of the size of generated G codes. The data obtained prove what was expected: software programming is more feasible. However, the work environment is not always ideal, so it has also been proven that there are cases where manual programming may be more advisable. After the approach in the work can be verified that before defining which programming method should be used, the work environment must be analyzed because this will determine which method will be used. This work can be used to perform the study for other machining processes in which there is computerized numerical control.Item Projeto de uma Micro Central de Ciclo Rankine Orgânico para geração de 150 kW de Eletricidade(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2017-12-11) Ferreira, José Lucas de Oliveira; Cruz, Ricardo Wilson Aguiar da; Del Campo , Eduardo Rafael Barreda; Evangelista Neto, JoãoIt is noticeable that for the generation of energy in places of difficult access, as in small municipalities, there is a great dependence on the use of fossil fuels, which entails great damages for the environment. Faced with these facts have sought technologies for the use of renewable energy and exploitation of low temperature energy sources. In this work the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) is presented, which has great potential for the use of low temperature energy sources. Initially a ORC modeling is done for the main components, boiler, turbine, condenser, pump and ORC efficiency. After the modeling of the components, we have investigated organic fluids that are common in the ORC, which are R114, R11, R124, n-Pentane, R600, R290, R134a, R600a, R245fa, R141b, for these fluids their thermodynamic performances were compared. However, for the final choice of the fluid it was considered some other factors such as global warming potential, ozone depletion potential, among others. It is also created with the help of the EES a small application that from input cyclerelated data such as heat source temperature, organic fluid, evaporation and condensation temperature, desired power, isentropic efficiencies of the turbine and pump, the application returns the fluid properties at the major points of the cycle, the mass flow rate of the required fluid, the turbine and pump powers, the rate of heat enters the fluid and is released by the fluid, it also provides the thermal and exergetic efficiency of the cycle.Item Efeitos do tratamento térmico de recozimento a diferentes temperaturas e tempos de tratamento em uma junta soldada da liga de alumínio 5052(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2017-12-12) Silva, Felipe Lima da; Freitas, Bruno Mello de; Macêdo Neto, José Costa de; Silva, Raimundo Nonato Alves daThe present work is destined to study the influence of annealing thermal treatment in a naval aluminum (AA5052) welded joint aiming to reach possible improvements in the welding process of this alloy. For the welding process generates a large concentration of residuals tensions distributed at weld and heat-affected zones (HAZ).These tensions may negatively affect the joint performance. Thus, the annealing thermal treatment for stress relief will be performed in the samples at different times and temperatures in order to study its influence in the joint at diferent conditions. The methalography and microhardness test will be performed in the samples. Besides, the aluminum’s use in the naval industry has increased in a large proportion regionally, nationally and internationally. Therefore, it is essential to conduct researches and studies about this alloy in its most varied segments due to the possibility of enhancements through new implementations in the production process, which will certainly ensure a better quality at welding service and new technologies development. The results were satisfactory in terms of the influence of the heat treatment, in which the samples had different microstructures and a positive effect in the hardness in some specific conditions and in specific areas. We also emphasize that the plate used as aluminum 5052 presented a significant disagreement in its chemical composition in relation to the normative values being more coincident with the aluminum 5183 alloy, so it is necessary to consider this issue.Item Desenvolvimento de um Tubo de Venturi acoplado a um Reservatório para Medição da Vazão e Pressão de Fluidos utilizando a Equação de Bernoulli(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2017-12-14) Silva Filho, Joilson Bentes da; Miranda, Adalberto Gomes de Miranda; Rodrigues, Melquezedec Areos; Santos, Marcos Dantas dosAiming initially to obtain a fluid flow and pressure measurement instrument by means of an easily constructed device and low cost material, to be assembled and coupled to an acrylic tank measuring 50x50x50 cm and specially constructed for this purpose, scientific knowledge has contributed to the fact that the built prototype model can be used as didactic material in classes of fluid systems for engineering laboratories. This work has proposed to develop a classic Venturi Tube, based on calculations and developments derived from the Bernoulli equation. The bench was composed of two gage-type meters connected in the Venturi Tube, pipes and a tank built in the Laboratory of GRAEST (Group of Robotics and Automation of the School of Technology), physical space that was made available in EST and belonging to UEA (University of the State of Amazonas). The ideal tank flow was obtained by the difference between the two-point pressures of the Venturi tube, using volumetric pipettes, as a mechanical resource, to determine the pressure heights of the fluids that passed at those points. The results of pressure, velocity and flow measured in this equipment were close to the expected one, in view of the search of the alignment of the tubes and the precision of the calculations during the tests, which can be observed in the graphs presented, which were elaborated in the program Excel. The efficiency of the equipment was 52.32%, which is a very satisfactory result for the operation of equipment of this type.Item Otimização de projetos de sistema de climatização residenciais pela utilização de tintas termo-reflexivas(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2017-12-27) Silva Filho, Claudio Duarte; Evangelista Neto, João; Del Campo, Eduardo Rafael Barreda; Cruz, Ricardo Wilson Aguiar daABSTRACT The high growth of cities along with the absence of a serious urban occupation project directly affects global warming. It can be said that a consequence of this phenomenon is the increase of the temperature of the big cities, caused by the poor selection of the materials used in the civil construction. This phenomenon can be called an island of heat and is commonplace in large metropolises. In areas where the heat island occurs, the use of air conditioners is common to ensure the thermal comfort of indoor environments due to high temperature. However, the consumption of electric energy added to inadequate air conditioning projects is detrimental to the user of the appliance. The objective of this work is to propose a way to optimize the design of air conditioning systems using insulating materials. It is divided in four sections, which are: theoretical reference, methodology, implementation and analysis of results. Firstly, a review of the most important issues for the development of this work, which are: basic concepts regarding lighting, will help to understand the advantages of led lamp for fluorescent lamps; photovoltaic system interconnected to the grid, which will be fundamental to understand the function of the components of a photovoltaic system. The second section is the methodology in which are the steps and materials needed to develop the project. The third section is the implementation that performs the proposed steps in the methodology. The fourth section is the analysis of results. At the end the conclusion is made, it is defined that it is possible to reduce the energy consumption with the use of the led lamp, that the level of illumination of the led lamp was the same as the fluorescent lamp, economical feasibility of replacing the lamps.Item Projeto do controlador de um motor brushless para uma embarcação solar(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2018-04-24) Torres, Israel Félix de MouraThis work aims to design a controller of a brushless motor using the sensored method for use in a solar vessel. The project is divided into four chapters. The first chapter, Theoretical Referential presents the literature survey necessary for the development of the project, addressing main topics such as: general characteristics and principle of operation of BLDC motors using Hall effect sensors; microcontroller PIC16F877A that will contain the drive logic; three-phase bridge topology that will carry out switching through switching devices. The second chapter Methodology, presents the necessary steps for the realization of the project as the creation of the drive logic, and the selection of the components used in the project. The third chapter deals with the implementation of the project, which will develop the drive code that will be recorded in the microcontroller, the dimensioning of the controller components, finally the controller interconnection with the BLDC engine together with software simulations. Chapter four will be carried out all the analyzes obtained in the simulations addressing the main facts that occurred in the development of the project. It was then obtained by analyzing the generated waveforms in Proteus software and the results obtained in chapter four were shown. Finally, in the conclusion, it was verified that the project presented the expected results establishing a confirmation of what was proposed with the results obtained, ensuring that in future works the physical construction of the controller is feasible.Item Desenvolvimento de um protótipo de eletrocardiograma de alta resolução para auxílio no diagnóstico de cardiopatias(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2018-04-24) Franco, Marcus Vinicius BarretoThe present work aims to implement a low-cost, open-source high-resolution electrocardiogram (HRECG) prototype for the diagnosis of cardiopathies. This prototype consists of the capture and digitization stage of the biosignals through an acquisition system using a microprocessor platform with embedded operating system (Raspberry Pi 3) and a 24-bit AD converter (ADS1298). It also consists of a series of captured biosignals processing to obtain late potentials of ventricular activation (LPVA) by means of beat averaging and filtering evidencing components of low amplitude and high frequency, characteristics that define them. Tests were performed with patients in an arrhythmia clinic under the supervision of cardiologists compared to commercial equipment on the site. As a result, the similarity in the results was verified through inspection comparisons, thus validating the proposed prototype as proof of concept.Item Desenvolvimento de um sistema generalizado de código aberto de processamento e manipulação de sinais de eletrocardiograma(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2018-04-24) Monteiro, Erick Leonardo de SousaThe present work aims to develop a open-source system for processing electrocardiogram signals that is adaptable to different acquisition systems and exams. The system consists of a graphical interface executed in a microprocessor board with embedded operational system (Raspberry Pi 3) capable of carrying different electrocardiogram based exams by doing the data acquisition with different acquisition systems. The system was also designed to add new exams or acquisition systems without the need to recode the main code. Tests were performed using a biosignal acquisition board (ADS1298ECG-FE) as acquisition system and a electrocardiogram signals simulator (HS-15) as electrocardiogram signals source to carry the highresolution electrocardiogram exam. As a result, the signals processed by each step of the exam have waveforms close to the expected from a high-resolution electrocardiogram, thus validating the integration between the system to the exam and acquisition system usedItem Estudo técnico-econômico comparativo entre um sistema fotovoltaico isolado e um sistema fotovoltaico conectado à rede elétrica para uma mesma unidade consumidora de energia(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2018-04-24) Silva, Filipe Rodrigues Ramos Mota daThis work had the objective of to perform a technical-economic-comparative study between an off-grid photovoltaic system and an on-grid photovoltaic system both designed to the same power-consuming unit in order to stablish by a technical report which of the systems gives a better payback for the end user. For this, the photovoltaic systems projects were developed based on the Photovoltaic Engineering Manual. The photovoltaic systems rules of Brazil were considered, mainly the NR482 and the PRODIST, and the Net Present Value (NPV) was used for the investment needed study for each project. Each system was studied in 3 scenarios where different percentages of the total energy demand must be produced. By the end, a technical report comparing the systems was formulated showing which one had the better payback for the end userItem Método para redução de erros na resposta de transdutores de corrente do tipo bobina de rogowski(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2018-04-24) Antonaccio, Giovanni Bessa de MelloThe present work aims to implement a method to reduce errors in the response of Rogowski’s coil type current transducers. It presentation is divided into three chapters. The first chapter, Theoretical Referential, presents the theoretical basis necessary for the development of this work: concepts of electromagnetism, current transducers, calibration, integrated energy meter ADE7758, microcontrollers, analog-digital conversion and the Lagrange polynomial interpolation method. The second chapter, Proposed Method, presents the steps and materials needed to reduce errors by means of a linearization process that consists of the interpolation of current values read by means of an electric current meter. The third chapter, Project Implementation and Obtained Results, describes the execution of what was proposed in the methodology and presents the analysis and interpretation of the results obtained. Lagrange’s interpolation method was used to obtain the equation describing the characteristic curve of the coil. By means of the expression obtained, it was possible to calculate its inverse equation and obtain a transfer function through which it became possible to fix the responses of the coil. The technical analysis has made use of the the brazillian regulatory principles or the international ones valid in the country to define the elaboration method of each project and the catalogs of the products made available by manufacturers that work with such equipment, while the financial analysis made use of public purchase minutes or governmental price collection databases. Based on these parameters, it was possible to determine that the equipment under the photovoltaic principle presented the best case scenario to be implement at the model aerodrome.
