Its objective is to train people in the city of Manaus-AM in digital and innovative technologies through the provision of in-person and online training. Because of this, the project's documented historical information was used to verify the knowledge necessary for the effectiveness of R&D projects, as well as the evaluation and applicability of traditional and agile management methodologies, and what their most current literature highlights in a correlated way. to the points. An analysis of the project characteristics was carried out based on the PMI (Project Management Institute) and Agile Methodologies approaches, such as Scrum and Kanban.
