Item Estudo econômico simplificado da implantação de uma Indústria de bioetanol de segunda geração a partir da Biomassa de frutas residuais do mercado central de Manaus(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-06-10) Faria, Lukas Braga da Silva; Alvarez, Dania Del Toro; Silva, João Mário Albuquerque da; Soto, Margarita RiveraThe second-generation bioethanol production line, from the biomass of residual fruits, is constantly growing in the world, but only now that it is gaining ground in Brazil, since, relatively, it is a new technology if compared with the first-generation ethanol production market. With this, due technical-economic planning is necessary in order to obtain a satisfactory return in a new market. The types of equipment and proportions of raw material and auxiliary materials required were obtained from the literature available on bioethanol production and with all values obtained if the process flow diagram was constructed, followed by the economic viability study of the process as proposed per por Peters e Timmerhaus (1991) e Ulrich (1986). The initial project investment was obtained (IT), R$ 63.422,71, the cost of production (CP), R$ 163.041,16 and a yearly sales revenue (S) de R$ 179.790,00. These values allowed for net present value (VPL) indicators greater than 0 in 4 years, and internal rate of return (TIR), 31.62%, higher than the minimum acceptable rate of return (TMAR) of 10% in this work, thus demonstrating that the proposed project is economically feasible. Finally, considering that the project is profitable, an economic study of the sensitivity of the project to failures was carried out, and in this way, it was verified that for the proposed sale value, the project is accepted to failures of 5% in the process, but for faults of 10% in production, already becomes economically unfeasibleItem Estudo econômico simplificado da implantação de uma indústria de bioetanol de segunda geração a partir da biomassa de frutas residuais do mercado central de Manaus(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-06-10) Faria, Lukas Braga da Silva; Del Toro Alvarez , Dania; Silva , João Mário Albuquerque da; Soto, Margarita RiveraThe second-generation bioethanol production line, from the biomass of residual fruits, is constantly growing in the world, but only now that it is gaining ground in Brazil, since, relatively, it is a new technology if compared with the first-generation ethanol production market.
