Item Sala de aula como palco: figurino numa montagem de caráter escolar(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 18-08-17) Silva, Dayvisson Caldas daProposes with this work is to retake the ideas present in in which the study of the theatrical elements is fundamental for the formation of the students. With this, the costume is seen as content, capable of providing significant experiences in the process of training subjects. With the creation of a room for elaboration, confection and collection of costumes, the school is allowing access to the stages of creation of theatrical spectacle, as well as, contributing to the formation of future artists. The research has as general objective to discuss the process of design of the costumes in the school assembly Cachos de Dandara in relation to the concepts of dramaturgy used in professional montages. And the specifics relate life experiences with the costumes, Contrapos the elaboration of costumes for professional productions and for productions of school scope and Compose a panorama of the costumes in the process of Scenic Assembly "Cachos de Dandara" and its relevance in my professional academic formation. The costume is potentialized, but it can also become a restrictive factor to the understanding of the theatrical act that the scene wants to impose itself. The understanding of how the construct of the garments takes place necessarily transforms in the knowledge of the general artistic proposition to elucidate what is particular to it. Thus, the costume becomes a creative process in its own way.Item O desenvolvimento da compreensão da simultaneidade musical de crianças estudantes de música(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 18-08-17) Acioli, Murilo AlvesThis work aims to analyze the development of the understanding of the simultaneity of music in students living in the city of Manaus. Its theoretical reference is Piagetian. For this research, participated 13 children and teenagers, 7 boys and 6 girls between 8 and 17 years of age, students of the Extension Program Courses of the Amazonas State University - UEA. The study involves the application of an experiment, an observation, and a semi-structured interview. The objective is to analyze the comprehension of musical simultaneity of music in students departing from the answers obtained through the Clinical Method. In this work, we could identify and analyze each child in its respective stage of musical cognitive development. From the theoretical framework, we considered stages I, stage IIA, stage IIB (types 1, 2 and 3) and stage III. It is noteworthy that we did not found children classified in stage I in this study and for such, we conducted the research with children of stages II and III. Knowing how to develop the musical simultaneity in the students of a musical instrument or singing is a way to promote a pedagogical approach capable of obtaining the expected results, leading the teacher to his / her method of teaching correctly. Thus, yielding to great fruits, because understanding the stages of the development of the child, we can organize a method of teaching music that respects individual development and the diversities in our society in the XXI century. From the obtained results, we can observe that the musical understanding is not confined to a determined age group, and can vary according to the interaction with the environment that each individual takes part. This is due to the access and interest each one has on the musical language in their daily life.Item Política de benefícios sociais e sua relação com a motivação no trabalho: estudo de caso em uma organização do ramo de comércio exterior(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 21-07-29) Pedrosa, Amanda Larissa Moraes; Rizzato, Sálvio de Castro e CostaIn the current job market the enterprises search for different strategies to keep their employees motivated and consequently elevate productivity to bring profit to the company.
