In principle, it is important to discover what internships are and how important they are for teacher training. However, little attention has been paid to how students feel about the internship. Therefore, the question arises what perception do geography undergraduates have regarding the supervised internship? Based on this problem presented, the general objective of this study is to analyze the interns' perception of supervised internship in the Geography teacher's teacher training process and as specific objectives to describe the students' expectations related to the internship, identify the challenges experienced by the interns, report how the coordination between the training institution and the internship field school occurs. Quali-quantitative research is then carried out, with a descriptive and exploratory nature, based on the dialectical method. Given this, the majority of expectations were positive in the responses, but in practice the difficulties made it impossible for not even half of the initial expectations to be met. Even so, the internship continues to be seen by all students as extremely important for their training. Keywords: Supervised internship. Geography. Perception. Looking for the historical, colonial, patriarchal and legal analysis that make up the systemic structures of colonial exploitation and reproduction, based on the capitalist mode of production. The methodology used in this research was the historical-dialectical materialist method, using the comparative conceptualization of Evguiéni B. Pachukanis, so that [...] the dialectical development of fundamental legal concepts not only offers us the form of law in its most exposed and dissected aspect, but also reflects the real historical process, which is nothing other than the process of development of bourgeois society (2017, p. 76). 76) embraced in the ecofeminism defended by Maria Mies and Vandana Shiva [...] find it difficult to notice the similarity between their own liberation and the liberation of nature, and between themselves, women and the “different” women in the world. This is because capitalist patriarchy – or “modern” civilization - is based on a cosmology and anthropology that structurally dichotomize reality, and hierarchically place one part in opposition to the other: one always considered superior, always prospering and progressing at the expense of the other. Thus, nature is subordinated to home; women to men; consumption to production; the local to the global (2021, p. 54); the means used to carry out this research were: doctrine, legislation, case law and documents available on the websites of public and private organizations; as for the purposes, the research was qualitative. In the end, the research verified the maintenance of the patriarchal structure in capitalism's mode of production and the way in which contemporary Brazilian Law regulates systems of oppression and vulnerability; with regard to agrarian issues, the discretionary system of normative omission is strengthened, while it fulfills the designs of capital, isolating itself from public debate while its population, especially women, play an even more cruel and determined role.Item Abordagem cirúrgica de canino impactado em região de mento(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-11-01) Oliveira, Giesi Lemos de; Albuquerque, Gustavo Cavalcanti de; Albuquerque, Gustavo Cavalcanti de; Martins, Valber Barbosa; Motta Junior, JoelThe maxillary and mandibular canines are important teeth from the aesthetic and functional points of view. These teeth are often poorly positioned, however failure of the eruption of the mandibular canine is uncommon being more frequent the inclusion of maxillary canines. Factors such as dental positioning, ankyloses, cysts, patient age, periodontal health, root formation, among others, direct the treatment. Objective: to report a clinical case of a young man with dental impaction of a right lower canine, emphasizing and discussing the surgical technique and planning. Case report: a 15-year-old male patient with a non-eruption of the right lower canine, on clinical examination, presented a clinical absence of the tooth 43, persistence of the tooth 83. A conical beam computed tomography beam) of the region, in which the presence of the dental element 43 was diagnosed in the horizontal position located in the chin. The proposed treatment plan was surgical removal of the non-erupted tooth. Conclusion: The treatment option of non-erupted teeth depends on factors such as incomplete rhizogenesis, patient age and degree of inclusion and the maneuvers related to the involved teeth should be performed at the most opportune moment and with adequate planning, avoiding injuries to noble structures and thus allowing an adequate repair processItem A abordagem da educação ambiental como tema transversal no 2º ano do ensino fundamental em uma escola da zona norte de Manaus - Amazonas(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2016-06-24) Moreno, Henrique Afonso Gomes; Batista, Ieda Hortêncio; Liberato, Maria Astrid Rocha; Ferreira, Francisca da SilvaThis study aimed to examine the integration of the thematic environment as a crosscutting theme in the 2nd year of elementary school at a school north of Manaus, Amazonas, presenting and developing a proposed lesson plan involving this theme. The research was motivated by the fact that during the supervised training of the Faculty of Education, we observed the lack of educators practices that addressed environmental issues in order to inform and sensitize mainly students and teachers from the school in question. This research was based on the dialectical method with a qualitative approach and the literature as the foundation for all development work. Interviews were conducted with two teachers of the series study to investigate what their concepts and practices in Environmental Education. Based on the consulted references and interview data a lesson plan has been prepared from a selected subject in agreement with the teachers. The lesson plan on the theme "living beings and the environment" was developed with a group of 2nd base year. During class impressions were recorded and perceptions of students on the topic. It was found that the inclusion of environmental education is still done in a piecemeal fashion and without continuity. However, children are able to understand and interact in discussions about environmental problems. It is considered that it is necessary that the educator understands the importance of environmental education and learn to develop practices that are able to promote changes in attitudes, habits and attitudes in their students. This study describes the basis concepts of tourism and the economy, the economic importance of tourism, listing the major segments of interest and highlighting the main economic impacts of this activity. By means of a bibliographic and documentary research were presented the results that show us that tourism is a tool that drives the local economy, generating employment and income for its inhabitants, but that this activity does not have a treatment appropriate in obtaining accurate studies. In this study, an approach of tourism through the economy, seeking to understand how the activity impacts economically on their poles, as it is one of the activities has gained strength in recent years. Analyzing the production of resources to meet the needs that arise, the economic problems and causes and effects presented, within the magnitude micro and macroeconomics. Within the world, globalization presented various economic possibilities for several locales that would not have the same opportunity in other activities, other than tourism. Given this, we can analyze how much tourism and economy are interlinked and should be considered in conjunction for the growth of certain placeItem Uma abordagem piagetiana sobre a aprendizagem e o desenvolvimento do estudante de teatro(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-01-30) Caster, Joice CoutinhoThe subject of this research is a Piagetian approach to theater student learning and development. Here I intend to understand how the stages of development of the child occur and how this correlates with the theatrical doing. My overall goal is to investigate how Jean Piaget's theory can contribute to the understanding of the student's learning process in theater classes. Specifically I will study the theory of Jean Piaget to identify concepts that can dialogue with the theater learning, in this case, approaching the actual operative period of development, because that is when the game rules. In parallel, I will bring the experiences that I have experienced to the stage, seeking to relate them to the stages of development proposed by Piaget. The need for this work was due to personal concern. Throughout the classes taught by me as a trainee, I realized that some students could not develop the proposed theatrical games. When we had the discipline of Psychology I came into contact with Jean Piaget's theory, and from then on I tried to correlate both. This work will be based on bibliographical research related to people's experiences, as well as with my experiences in the Supervised Internship. The conclusion I reach at the end of the research is that every form of knowledge acquisition occurs following an evolution, that is, it passes first through reflexes, which are physical conducts that can have internal or external stimuli. In the newborn, the most common reflexes are sucking and holding, for example. Although they are innate behaviors, they need a certain type of training to be consolidated. With these consolidated reflexes, the individual goes to the adaptation, which is a process of modification of the organism that results from two other processes, that of assimilation and accommodation. In assimilation the medium acts on the organism, and in accommodation the organism relates to the environment, modifying it. These two actions (assimilation and accommodation) occur simultaneously, for they are inseparable and occur in both material and mental exchanges. In theater the learning route is the same. An actor, for example, must assimilate his way of walking, and then accommodate him to his need. The action / reflex "walking" needs to be apprehended, and to this apprehension we call the body consciousness. In the sensory-motor phase the exercise games are developed, which has the function of consolidating reflexes and, in the case of theater, physical actions. Next comes the development of the representation of the child, called the semiotic function, which occurs when it begins to imitate certain actions. Imitation, for example, is one of the actor's tools to reproduce the reality he wants. Then we move on to the symbolic game, which allows us to transform reality in function of the ego, allowing the child a means of self expression, theatrical doing by nature. And we have, finally, the game of rules, which appears in the preoperative period and involves both the exercise game and the symbolic game. In the theater we call it theatrical game.Item Acessibilidade como fator de competitividade em hotelaria(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2020-10-13) Bieler, Beathriz Defaveri; Ferst, Marklea da Cunha; Ferst, Marklea da Cunha; Teixeira, Maria Adriana Sena Bezerra; Coutinho, Helen Rita MenezesAccessible tourism is a niche market focused on the public PwD and PwRM, who, like people without disabilities, have the right to enjoy leisure and tourism, these people represent 15% of the world population and they are demanding, to the point of not go to the destination because of an inaccessible accommodation, given that some people depend completely on accessibility and would not be able to use an environment that was not adapted. Considering that in the globalized days we live in, the competitiveness in the countries is becoming more and more, everyone is looking for a way to be better, with that, it is possible to conclude that accessible tourism can become a differential factor in the middle of hosting, observing the unmet demand of this massive audience. Academically contributing with the results on the theme and the practical results that can be used by hotel managers.Item Acessibilidade como fator determinante para a escolha do destino turístico(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2018-06-14) Monteiro, Nathasha Sharonn Borges Bentes; Coutinho, Helen Rita Menezes; Coutinho, Helen Rita Menezes; Santos, Lúcia Cláudia Barbosa; Ferst, Marklea da CunhaConsidering the fact that the brazilian population is aging, that is, there is a tendency to increase the number of elderly people in the country, and according to the latest survey by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) there are about 45, 6 million people with some type of disability, the existence of accessibility in all its forms is very important. In this regard, the rights and norms prescribed in the World Code of Ethics for Tourism (1999) and the Disabled Persons Statute (2015) regarding the guarantee of the right to free access to tourism, leisure and recreation should be considered. cultural activities in general. This study brings to light a little thematic approach in the country, where it deals with the influence of accessibility as a determining factor in the choice of tourist destination. The methodology used was of a qualitative nature; exploratory and explanatory; non-probabilistic sampling; data collection by online questionnaire; analysis of data by interpretation based on the studied theory and results of the questionnaire; technical bibliographical procedures and case study and inductive method. Regarding the results of this study, people have the habit of researching about the accessibility of their destinations, however accessibility is not necessarily a determining factor in the choice of tourist destination, since most people also claimed to travel generally even without accessibility. This study brings to Tourism, as a gym, a subject of extreme importance and little studied in the country, the relationship between accessibility and choice of tourist destination. This research may inspire other academics and researchers in the field to work on this aspect, which is so current and important, both for tourist destinations and for tourists with disabilities and reduced mobility.Item Acessibilidade na hotelaria: um estudo de caso na rede Manaus hotéis(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2024-06-17) Silva, Alan Rodrigues da; Ferst, Marklea da Cunha; Coutinho, Helen Rita Menezes; Nogueira, Sâmara Christina SouzaConsidering Decree No. 9,296/2018, which implemented accessibility standards for accommodation facilities, this research demonstrates what these standards are and the consequences of non-compliance, as, on the one hand, there is a potential market for tourists with disabilities and growth of the hotel industry, on the other hand, questions are raised about the capacity of accommodation facilities to meet accessibility standards. This article aims to analyze compliance with legal accessibility requirements in a hotel chain in Manaus. This is descriptive, explanatory and field research, using the deductive method and bibliographic and documentary approach. The results demonstrate that there are adaptations, although there is still a significant gap in full compliance with the standards established by Decrees no 9,296/2018 and no 11,303/2022, as well as by Law no 13,146/2015. Furthermore, failure to comply with legislation may result in judicial and administrative sanctions for the hotel chain.Item Acessibilidade nos prédios públicos: um breve estudo acerca das instituições da justiça em Manaus(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2018-05-14) Araújo Lima, Caio de CamusThe research was developed intending to verify the accessibility of the Judiciary in the city of Manaus. To achieve that, a field research was conducted on three buildings (all currently used by the Judiciary to perform their activities) to exame the aplication of a limited group of recent legal rules that regards the archtectonic acessibitity existent on those places; and the result found on field was compiled and correlated with the present brazilian legal structureItem Acesso à Justiça e a Reforma Trabalhista trazida pela Lei 13.467, de 13 de julho de 2017(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2018-05-17) Correia, Frank Daniel SoaresThis paper deals with the need to establish essential provisions regarding the principle of access to justice and the new labor legislation deriving from Law No. 13467/17, in order to identify possible mechanisms that prevent worker access to Labor Justice. The process must be open to the citizens' applications, also discussing the ways in which the Judiciary has to eliminate the inequalities of access and the waiting time to arrive at the final decision of the Lide; we find that for each Constitutional Principle, especially for the effective exercise of the claim of an injured right, support in the pillar of the process as an adequate instrument so that the citizen can defend their rights. The present work reflects on the access to justice in the labor sphere, naming its concept, applicability in the scope of labor justice based on the constitutional principles of equality, double degree of jurisdiction and contradictory and ample defense. In addition, it offers clarification as to the differentiation between new labor legislation in the procedural scope, demonstrating the legal possibility of the application. To identify variables related to the functioning of the intersectoral network of assistance to women victims of intimate partner violence (IPV). To describe the role of Primary Health Care (PHC) in addressing IPV against women. To identify the profile of IPV against women registered in the Surveillance System of Notifiable Diseases (SINAN) and Police Reports provided by the Public Security Secretariat, from 2018 to 2022, in Manaus/AM. And, to propose a map of the intersectoral assistance network for women victims of IPV with entry point in primary health care in Manaus/AM. It was divided into two Integrative Literature Reviews (ILRs), developed in 6 phases: Formulation of the guiding question; Literature search; Data collection; Critical analysis of the included studies; Discussion of results; and Presentation of the integrative review. A descriptive, cross-sectional, epidemiological study using secondary data sources of IPV against women from SINAN and police reports SISP/AM. And, a PM, constructed from studies 1, 2, and 3. Regarding study 1, variables such as network disarticulation points were identified: Fear, shame, or distrust on the part of the victims; Influence of support networks; Professional unpreparedness for care; Lack of resources and adequate physical structure; among others. Study 2 was divided into 3 paired dimensions: Professional unpreparedness in PHC and Woman-centered care; (Dis)organization structure of PHC and Organizational structure of PHC; Access of women victims of IPV in PHC and The hurdles on the path of women to care in PHC. Study 3 identified that sexual violence is more reported by health services, while psychological and physical violence women are more likely to resort to police records, in SINAN registration it was verified that perpetrators of physical and psychological IPV occur more frequently by spouses and sexual by boyfriends. Study 4 refers to the stages of construction of the assistance network map, consisting of four main services: Health; Public Security; Justice; and Social Assistance. It is concluded that ILRs reveal the complexity of professionals' approach and the importance of the assistance network. It is evident that socio-environmental and cultural characteristics influence victims' adherence to services, highlighting the need for improvements in the quality of care and professional training. Additionally, the differentiation in violence records between health and public security sectors underscores the importance of strengthening the linkage between these services. Study 4, based on integrative reviews and secondary data, aimed at creating a map of the assistance network in Manaus, seeking to provide useful information to the population, especially considering the geographical and social peculiarities of the region. The dissemination of these services, preferably by PHC, should be accompanied by an adequate offer of primary care services to meet the demands of women victims of violenceItem Acidentes de embarcações no rio Madeira e os desafios para a Engenharia Naval regional.(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2023-08-24) Souza, Jonas Andrade de; Fontes, Jassiel Vladimir Hernández; Fontes, Jassiel Vladimir Hernández; Santander, Elvis Jhoarsy Osório; Barreda del Campo, Eduardo Rafael; Hechavarría Pérez, José RamónMarine accidents in rivers of the Amazon have been significant problems over the years, making it necessary to look for measures to prevent this type of problems. Among the rivers of the Amazon region, the Madeira River is an important waterway due to the intense activity of transporting cargo and people, being the subject of study. The present work proposes an integrated analysis of the problem of marine accidents that have occurred in the Madeira River, identifying challenges in which Naval Engineering can contribute. First, a qualitative analysis of the most common accidents was carried out. Subsequently, an analysis of documented accidents was carried out, based on data provided by the Administrative Inquiries on Accidents and Navigation Facts (IAFN's) of the Brazilian Navy, between the years 2018 and 2022. Then, main challenges that Naval Engineering could take on accident prevention initiatives were discussed. Finally, some alternatives for studying and improving navigation on the Madeira River and similar rivers were proposed, considering recent scientific advances. According to the research, it was verified that, in the last five years, the most common type of accident, documented in the Madeira River, was collision. The type of vessel that was most present in the accident data on the river in question was the pusher-barge system. The proposed challenges are related to sediment transport, water level variation, accessibility, and lack of monitoring and signalization. On the other hand, the alternatives for improvement are related to enhancing bathymetric analysis, increasing monitoring and signalization initiatives, assessing structural risks and hydrodynamic behaviour of vessels, and encouraging training activities. The data presented in the present work can contribute to plan strategies in the prevention of marine accidents in the Madeira River or similar waterways.Item Ações antrópicas na bacia hidrográfica do igarapé do leão em Manaus - AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2021-08-03) Leitão, Matheus de Vasconcelos Lima; Wachholz, Flávio; Andrade Filho, Valdir Soares de; Ferreira Júnior, João CarlosThis research brings a study on land use and land cover in the Igarapé do Leão Hydrographic Basin, with emphasis on the mining areas present in the basin. The specific objectives of this research were: To map land use in the hydrographic basin; verify the anthropic activities occurring in the hydrographic basin that are directly related to discovered areas; and evaluate anthropic actions on the permanent preservation areas of the igarapés. For the development of the research it was necessary to carry out a literature review on the main topics covered during the research; field survey for reconnaissance of the study area, photographic records and collection of GPS coordinates; survey of land use and land cover. From the use of available geoprocessing resources, it was possible to map 4 classes of land use and delimit permanent preservation areas that are possibly located in the upper part of the basin. Finally, it was necessary to process images from the Planet satellite, with the acquisition date of July 6, 2019, this image was processed in the Qgis 3.2 Bonn software, in order to automatically delimit the uses and coverage of such such as minings areas, uncovered or built-up areas, forest area and water body. Using Alos MDE image, it was also possible to process the base map and the APP delimitation. From the base map it was possible to obtain the basin area with 12,179.27 ha, the extension of the BR -174 highways with 6.64 km, AM - 010 10.47 km in all, of the 13 main branches with 17.87 km in all, of the 55 secondary branches with a total of 69.77 km, of the 100 tertiary branches with a total of 70.05 km, and the identification of 13 mining points. With the land use map it was possible to verify that 85.4% of the basin area is still composed by vegetation, 1.8% are water bodies, 7.3% by mineral extraction areas and 5.5% by uncovered or built-up areas. In APP's, 78.8% of the area consists of vegetation, 11.4% of water bodies, 6% of mineral extraction area and 3.8% of uncovered or constructed areas. In this way, it was possible to verify the types of anthropic actions present in the hydrographic basin of the Leão stream and the main impacts caused by them, such as water and soil problems. Keywords: Environmental impacts. Geoprocessing. Anthropogenic Actions.
