Its general objective is to identify the organizational procedure of the hostel system. The specific objectives are: Highlight the administrative process of hostel; Identify the main barriers as well as the benefits; Evaluate the characteristics to work in a hostel and Define sectors from the administration and hotel management As for the methodology the approach was qualitative and quantitative. The research focuses on the analysis of these products considered by marketers as a requirement that inform, convince and alert the customer, which makes it an effective instrument in conjunction with the image, as it influences the receiver, which in the case of audiovisual products is the consumer of content. Based on the dialogical interaction we obtained details of the observations, speeches, texts and filming on the subject at hand. In order to approach this theme, it is necessary to understand more about tourism and the sector of events, to make a background and to understand the role and importance of the master of ceremonies within the sector of events. The objective of this work is to understand the comparison of the importance of the Master of Ceremonies in the elaboration of events, and has as specific objectives: To draw the profile of the Masters of Ceremonies of the city of Manaus; Analyze the importance of masters of ceremonies in the period 2005-2018 and Compare the results analyzed. The inductive method was applied with an applied purpose in order to explore and describe the subject in question. The means used were bibliographic research to obtain theoretical reference and field visit that was carried out with six professionals of postgraduate events by the UEA who were selected as a sample within the universe of event organizers. As a result, a Masters Ceremony profile and its importance were elaborated in 2005 and 2018 with a comparison of the results achieved. This study describes the basis concepts of tourism and the economy, the economic importance of tourism, listing the major segments of interest and highlighting the main economic impacts of this activity. By means of a bibliographic and documentary research were presented the results that show us that tourism is a tool that drives the local economy, generating employment and income for its inhabitants, but that this activity does not have a treatment appropriate in obtaining accurate studies. In this study, an approach of tourism through the economy, seeking to understand how the activity impacts economically on their poles, as it is one of the activities has gained strength in recent years. However it is very common to identify powerful motorcycles cutting the Brazilian roads in search of tourist heritage. In view of the above, it was curious to analyze how the tourism segment can contribute to a motorcycle company in Manaus. In relation to the specific objectives, these are: To identify the feasibility of applying the motorcycle segment in Manaus, from the perspective of hotel managers and motorcycle lovers; Research the possible sectors of the two-wheeled industrial segment that can become tourism visitation points, and find out the success factor in this segment in other states. As for the methodology, the approach was qualitative and the methodological objectives are exploratory and descriptive. Although inaugurated in 2015, the Musa do Largo has gradually been projecting and structuring as a place of tourist visitation. In this sense, the present research is justified, whose purpose is to analyze the contributions of the said museum, regarding the presentation of the Amazonian culture without stereotypes, in order to know the paths taken to achieve this purpose. The main aim is to know how cultural and scientific programs are conceived and constructed, so that local residents and visitors / tourists can recognize indigenous cultural diversity, in a new way, by verifying the perceptions of visitors / tourists on what is presented to them. The research is characterized as qualitative and the method used is the case study, according to Yin (2005), this method is pertinent to the studies in which the researcher does not seek to interfere in the events, but to observe the dynamics processed in the observed context. The methodological procedures used in the data collection were questionnaires used to obtain general information about the profile of the visitor / tourist, observation and informal conversation with the public of the museum. Finally, the research informs the importance of the role that the museum plays in the current scenario, since it allows a more symmetrical dialogue between cultures and social agents, by the very diversification in its programming and in the established partnerships that involve the universities, representatives of indigenous peoples, traditional communities, among others.Item A ultilização de transportes alternativos no turismo(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2018-06-21) Aguiar, Emily Danielle Azulay Menezes; Fonsêca, Maria Helena de Souza; Fonsêca, Maria Helena de Souza; Maia, Karla Cristina Ribeiro; Oliveira, Jany Alfaia deThis study aimed to present the varied alternative of the existing and used means of transportation for tourism in Brazil and around the world. The qualitative method had as a sample the different types of transportation, of the three existing modes. The study has the bibliographic character being based on the collection of data from books, articles, dissertations, magazines and electronic documents duly referenced. In this way a brief contextualization of concepts, modalities and history of means of transportation such as public, touristic and alternative, was carried out. Benefits such as greater speed of travel, cheaper travel, new experiences and greater circulation to destinations where the supply of public means of transportation are inefficient overcame a possible lack of safety due to lack of adequate regulation. It has also been noticed that there is a growing demand for new or unusual alternatives of means of transportation. Thus, the general objective is to define as forms of use of the Park Lagoa Senator Arthur Virgilio Filho, according to Boullón (2002), can be classified as sites, relevant in the context of the meted space. urban. On the methodology segregate as an exploratory research of qualitative approach. The following are areas that are the data of the resources and the general resources, the design of the use of the data of users of the park.Item Aplicação do Geogebra no ensino aprendizagem de máximos e mínimos da função quadrática na 1ª série do ensino médio(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2017-08-18) Ribeiro, João da CruzCom o intuito de melhorar o ensino e a aprendizagem da Matemática nas Escolas Públicas, buscando investigar, tornar mais compreensível e interessante o estudo da Função Quadrática nos pontos de Máximo e Mínimo utilizando ferramentas tecnológicas como o programa GEOGEBRA. Desta forma, atrair e despertar o interesse dos alunos e consequentemente o conhecimento à aquisição de competências, consolidando a preparação para o exercício da cidadania e propiciando a formação básica para o trabalho, a luz das Diretrizes Curriculares do Ensino Médio. A pesquisa foi feita no mês de julho de 2015 na Escola Estadual Antônio Lucena Bitencourt na 1ª série do Ensino Médio, consta de duas situações-problemas voltadas para Economia (despesas e lucros) e o Esporte (distância máxima de um arremesso). Dada duas funções, os alunos resolveram algebricamente e confirmaram, visualizando os resultados algébricos e gráficos no computador, por meio do programa GEOGEBRA, proporcionando assim uma melhoria na aprendizagem dos alunos, visto que os mesmos tiveram a oportunidade de visualizar de maneira concreta o resultado do problema.Item Aplicabilidade do software Geogebra no ensino das operações com matrizes na segunda série do ensino médio(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2017-08-17) Mendonça, Francisco Lúcio de LiraO presente artigo tem por finalidade apresentar subsídios coletados de uma pesquisa aplicada, no intuito de inserir o uso das Novas Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (NTICs) no ensino das operações com Matrizes. Esta pesquisa baseia se na linha de estudo das NTICs no ensino da matemática, por meio do software GeoGebra para resolução de operações com matrizes, esse software auxiliou na compreensão de diversas situações e desenvolveu o raciocínio lógico matemático dos alunos. Esta pesquisa é de natureza básica com característica descritiva, abordagem qualitativa, quanto aos procedimentos é uma pesquisa-ação. A pesquisa foi realizada na Escola Estadual Inspetora Dulcineia Varela Moura, localizado à Rua Ianomâmi s/n bairro Novo Israel na zona norte da cidade de Manaus, com alunos da segunda série do Ensino Médio no universo de 30 alunos, no mês de agosto do corrente ano, com a disciplina Matemática. Como instrumento de coleta de dados, durante a pesquisa foram aplicados questionários com perguntas fechadas e abertas aos alunos, sobre o tema em questão. Ao final de doze aulas com duração de 50 minutos cada, foi aplicado uma avaliação com objetivo de investigar qual o conceito dado pelos alunos a respeito do uso da ferramenta tecnológica e o software educacional GeoGebra para melhor assimilação dos conteúdos propostos. Os dados coletados foram tabulados transformados em gráficos e tabelas para melhor análise dos mesmos, permitindo concluir que a utilização de recursos tecnológicos em sala de aula pode facilitar o processo de aprendizagem, pois muda a rotina das aulas e estimula os alunos nas atividades propostas.
