Item Levantamento de aves atropeladas nas estradas Emade e Agrovila no Município de Tefé (AM) em comparação a outros estudos de ecologia das estradas no Brasil(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2024-02-22) Souza, Tania Cristian Costa; Bernhard, Rafael; Bernhard, Rafael; Freitas, Silvia Regina Sampaio; Guimarães, David PedrozaRoads have been identified as one of the main anthropogenic causes, negatively affecting biodiversity and biotic integrity. Vehicle collisions have been one of the most evident environmental impacts generated by roads on wildlife, causing damage to a wide diversity of vertebrate species in different biomes. In fact, highways can affect the surrounding area and alter patterns of bird diversity and abundance, resulting from differences in tolerance in response to the disturbance caused to each species. In this way, the impacts caused by highways are specific to different species of birds, showing the importance of investigating their occurrences to determine measures to mitigate these impacts. The birds that were listed in his work do not have identical distributions, including species that are endemic to the state of Amazonas, leading us to believe that the occurrence of these species is not restricted to the state. In a way, of the 1971 species of birds that occur in Brazil in Tefé, in Amazonas, there are 342 species of birds. In tropical regions, interest in the subject has been recent, resulting in a lack of understanding of the patterns and effects of vertebrate collisions. Since to preserve it it is necessary to have knowledge about the distribution of biodiversity, as it allows us to recognize areas with vulnerable organisms and thus direct mitigating measures. The extension of the Amazon road network density is still small and with low vehicle circulation compared to other regions of the country. This may be associated with the smaller number of published studies on road-killed fauna, but it is worth noting that the roads present are generally associated with extensive green areas, one of the factors that make these highways different from others, especially in the context of landscape. wide distribution and that feeds mainly on seeds of grasses such as brachiaria, and also captures insects, foods that are present around roads, factors that influence it being run over on other roads in Brazil. In particular, the state of Pará, which presented three studies with the highest numbers of bird species run over, similar to the bird species on the Agrovila and Emade roads.Item Da academia à docência: Cursinho popular de Tefé como oportunidade de aprendizagem.(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2024-02-21) Santiago, Marcus Lima; Júnior, Macário Lopes de Carvalho; Junior, Macario Lopes de CarvalhoThis work will take us through the tangled trajectories and meanings of the so-called popular courses, which present themselves as a key piece in the contemporary educational scenario for students seeking a higher education degree in the country's colleges and for undergraduate students in training as a form of gain experience in the teaching field. In the first chapter, we will take a retrospective look at the process of creation and evolution of these institutions throughout the 20th and 21st centuries. We will explore the historical roots that gave rise to the prep courses, from their first manifestations to the remarkable transformations that shaped their configuration in the current period.Item Avaliação Físico-Química de Frutos do Cupuí (Theobroma subincanum)(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2023-04-05) Alves, Mateus Meireles; Junior, Raimundo Carlos PereiraThe cupuí (Theobroma subicanum Mart.) is a wild species from the Amazon region, which belongs to the family Malvaceae and is found only in dryland forests. Its species spreads across the North of Brazil (Acre, Amazonas, Amapá, Pará, Rondônia and Roraima), in the Center-West (Mato Grosso), to the Amazon region in neighboring South American countries. Its fruits, even though they have lower economic value when compared to Theobromo cacao (cocoa), and Theobromo grandeflorum (cupuaçu), are highly appreciated by the regional population. The objective of this work was to evaluate the physicochemical and proximate composition of cupuí fruits from the community of Porto Nazaré, municipality of Alvarães, in the State of Amazonas, Brazil. The physical characteristics of the fruit such as weight, length, diameter and then weight of the pulp with the seeds. The physical-chemical composition of the pulp, pH, total titratable acidity, humidity, vitamin C, total lipids and artisanal chocolate production. Analyzes were performed in triplicates and the average data obtained from fruit analyzes were: fruit weight with skin 107.45 g, length and diameter 9.23 cm and 5.72 cm respectively. Pulp analyzes indicate a pH of 4.00 and a total titratable acidity of 4.44g of citric acid/100g of pulp. Total soluble solids (SST) for the edible part of the fruit was 12.10 °Brix, the proportion of vitamin C was 20.97 mg/100g of pulp, the refractive index of 1.7511, the amount of lipids in the seed is 12.46%, the pulp humidity is 77.4% and artisanal chocolate is produced from a mass of 50 seeds, produced a sample weighing 68.51 g. Analysis by Gas Chromatography coupled to the Pasta – CGEM, identified the presence of fatty acids from the omega group, and an excellent percentage of so-called unsaturated acids (42.32%), with oleic acid being its component majority. From this perspective, the results obtained show a strong potential for development of new food products from cupuí.Item Variações Semântico-Lexicais na Fala de Tefé e De Pauini(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2023-08-25) Rodrigues, Maiara da Silva; Brito, Roseanny Melo deIn this article, an attempt was made to make a comparative analysis of the semantic-lexical variations present in the way of speaking in the municipalities of Tefé (AM) and Pauini (AM), aiming to increase the knowledge of the semantic-lexical variations used in the interior of the Amazon, more specifically in Tefé, Middle Solimões region, and Pauini, Alto Purus region. The research is based on the assumptions of Sociolinguistics and the theoretical conceptions of authors such as Labov (1974, 2008), Dubois (2006), Biderman (1996) and Mollica and Braga (2013). Linguistic data were collected in Tefé (Am) with university students from Tefé and Pauini, who study at the Centro de Estudos Superiores de Tefé (CEST/UEA). In this phase of the study, a Semantic-Lexical Questionnaire (QSS) was applied with 41 questions, which were taken from the QSS by Cruz-Cardoso (2004), but contemplating only part of the semantic field of Half Anthropic. There were 04 university informants, one man and one woman from Tefé and one man and one woman from Pauini. Based on the results, the richness of the lexicon present in the speech of the people of Tefé and Pauini was verified, which demonstrates the importance of recording the variations that occur in the speech of a given speech community and the theoretical-methodological value of understanding of linguistic phenomena and their relationship with the social context.Item Um estudo sobre o reconhecimento paterno no município de Tefé, Amazonas (2019 a 2022)(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2022-10-26) Alves, Francisco de Souza; Bacelar, Reginaldo José Gonçalves Bacelar; Bacelar, Reginaldo José Gonçalves; Silva, Fabiola Feitosa da; Costa, Pedro Paulo LimaThe civil registration of birth is the first official document of a person at birth, which makes it possible to enter the country's citizenship and justice services. The existence of children who do not have a birth certificate is a violation of a basic right, the right to exist legally, as stated in the legislation. This work assumes that the cases of children from Tefe without paternal recognition in their records are reflections of a sociological situation that involves political issues of citizenship and social relations, rooted in paternal abandonment. The methodological basis of this study is based on data collection carried out at the Extrajudicial Notary's Office of the district of Tefé - CECT, Amazonas, and on the actions of the "My Father has a Name" project of the Public Defender's Office of the State of Amazonas - DPE, as well as data from the National Association of Registers of Natural Persons - ARPEN BRASIL and the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics - IBGE. Thus, this work aims to analyze how these paternal absences contribute to the subjective and social formation of Tefe's society.Item História e Territórios: o lugar dos nativos na construção da cidade de Tefé e os assentamentos indígenas(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2021-12-13) Costa, Vitor Mateus Daniel da; Teles, Luciano Everton Costa; Rosa, Patrícia Carvalho; Teles, Luciano Everton Costa; Rosa, Patrícia Carvalho; Silva, Francisca Cardoso daBrazil is a colonized country, and simultaneous with the process of colonization there was the marginalization of the native peoples who were mistakenly called of Indians and consequently suffered from the historical. This work wants to know and describe the historical processes of occupation and formation of the indigenous territories of the Middle Solimões River region, taking the municipality of Tefé. The overall objective of this research is to study the ways in which memory and documentary and indigenous narratives inhabitants in villages in the rural area of the municipality are mobilized as political instruments in claims proceedings by right to the territory and ethnic affirmation. To this do so, the research is guided by qualitative data collection tools, using data collection tools of a bibliographic and documentary
