Item Abordagem dos temas transversais pelos professores do 6º ano da escola municipal Professora Nilce Avilar em Boca do Acre - AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-12-15) Silva, Gleison Costa da; Cavalcanti, Maria do Perpetuo Socorro da Rocha; Cavalcanti, Maria do Perpetuo Socorro da Rocha; Castro, Diogo Pereira de; Souza, Rayane Delmondes da SilvaContemporary concerns with the environment, sexuality, health issues, cultural plurality, work and consumption issues and ethical issues covering equal rights, solidarity and inequalities, which constitute the transversal themes proposed by the Parameters National Curriculums, where schools have the duty to work these contents in an interdisciplinary way, considering one of the basic and relevant requirements for the achievement of citizenship, with this study we sought to assess whether teachers address the Transversal Themes in their classes in the 6th grade class. year of the Municipal School Nilce Avilar in Boca do Acre - AM and the way in which they work these themes. The target audience of this study were six teachers who work in the class. In order to obtain the research data, a questionnaire and observations from the classes of the students were used. teachers and data were interpreted through content analysis. After analyzing the data, we arrived at the results that demonstrate that teachers know little about the Transversal Themes, although these themes are not recent, but they responded to know such themes, so it became evident the need for more knowledge of the Transversal Themes to apply in their daily methodologies and apparently in the need for continuous training for them.Item Análise bacteriológica e reflorestamento da mata ciliar do igarapé da Ribeira, Manicoré, Amazonas, Brasil(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2022-08-30) Passos, Ellen Karoline De Souza; Damasceno, Andrey Azedo; Pereira, Marta ReginaSince the colonization of man on earth, the human being has adopted the culture of erroneously discarding his “garbage” in the environment, thus allowing nature to function as a decomposition. As the years passed, the population grew and the civilization, and consequently the production of garbage gradually increased Studies reveal that most streams in the Amazon, located near the urban areas of cities, are strongly impacted, with their abiotic characteristics modified due to the constant rate of deforestation. Therefore, causing increased water pollution The municipality of Manicoré is located in the interior of the State of Amazonas and, as in the other municipalities, has several degraded streams due to several factors caused by anthropic action. In this sense, this work aims to sensitize the residents of Bairro Novo Horizonte, due to the consequences caused by the large amount of solid waste dumped in the collecting part of the Ribeira stream. In addition, it aimed to reforest the riparian forest, since the importance of preserving this area will serve for future generations. The main results obtained were the planting of more than 400 seedlings of eight tree and palm species on the left bank of Igarapé da Ribeira. Physicochemical and microbiological analyzes were performed that showed significant alterations and the presence of E. coli, according to with the report unfit for human use in any way. Key words. Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella spp. and Pseudomonas aeruginosa are cited among the microorganisms that cause IH, as well as related to antimicrobial resistance. Occasionally cases of IH are reported at the Dr. Hamilton City Regional Hospital in the municipality of Manicoré, State of Amazonas. These cases are treated directly in the medical unit itself, but the cause of these infections is not investigated, making it impossible to develop prophylactic measures to minimize and / or eradicate them. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the efficiency of cleaning of the operating room (CC) of this hospital. For this, seven samples were taken from the surfaces of CC materials, furniture and structures after concurrent cleaning. The samples were transported to the General Biodiversity Laboratory of the Leônidas and Maria Deane Institute - Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, where Pseudomonas isolated colonies were obtained by classical microbiological methodologies, as well as the resistance profile of P. aeruginosa against five antimicrobials. (CPM / 30μg, CAZ / 30μg, CIP 5μg, GEN / 10μg and MER 10μg) by disc diffusion technique. Of the seven samples collected on the surfaces of CC furniture and structures, about 86% showed Pseudomonas contamination, where six points showed growth. Moreover, the results show that 40% of the strains have resistance to CPM / 30μg and 60% of the strains have resistance to CAZ / 30μg, indicating that in the treatment of IH, these antibiotics are not effective. The results of this research were presented to the management and staff of the hospital's CC. A lecture on health education was also offered to the students of a 2nd year high school class at the State School of Full Time Historian Arindal Vinicius da Fonseca. It can be concluded that patients at the CC of Dr. Hamilton City Regional Hospital are susceptible to IH due to the ineffectiveness of concurrent cleaning. Thus, better cleaning conditions should be employed and further studies should be conducted to analyze its effectiveness and prevent the occurrence of HI as well as the indiscriminate use of antibiotics. Among the main diseases transmitted by water are intestinal parasites. In this sense, this study aimed to analyze the incidence of parasitosis found from the reports of feces exams from the Evandro Chagas Municipal Laboratory in the municipality of Boca do Acre - AM, as well as to evaluate the influence of the Purus and Acre floods on the incidence of parasites. Where a statistical analysis was carried out in the R program in version 3.6.1, a lecture and the elaboration of a booklet. The parasite with the highest incidence was the protozoan Giardia Intestinalis with 27.9%, followed by Endolimax nana with 26.9%. As for helminths, the most incidents were Hookworm with 12.8% and Ascaris lumbricoides with 9.5%. However, the incidence of intestinal parasites is a problem for the health of the municipality of Boca do Acre that needs a different look by health agencies and people to adopt habits that will prevent intestinal parasitosis.Item Análise das concepções sobre o universo entre alunos do terceiro ano do ensino médio em Boca do Acre, Amazonas, Brasil(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-10-30) Gröhs, Yasmin de Oliveira; Barros, André de LimaAstronomy has existed since the dawn of humanity, being one of the first sciences discovered. Over the years, the advancement of technology has enabled the progress of science, including astronomy, with the improvement of telescopes, allowing the observation of cosmic objects in other galaxies, in addition to the daily observation of planet Earth, the display of natural disasters, for example . Contemplation of the universe is essential, as we can observe historical numbers in everyday life. Astronomy is not only understanding celestial principles and natural phenomena, but also understanding the historical process and creating awareness about humans on planet Earth. This paper sought to understand and identify the conceptions about the universe of 31 students in the 3rd year of high school. The study was conducted in the municipality of Boca do Acre - Amazonas, in a public school called Coronel José Assunção State School. They were interviewed through two questionnaires, only one prior knowledge and one with knowledge acquired after 3 classes, without qualifications, contained personal and specific questions about astronomy. It is notable in the results the amount of errors made in the first questionnaire (42%), and in the second there were only 9% incorrect answers, indicating an understanding and interest of students about the basic concepts of astronomy.Item Análise das obras sobre Língua Portuguesa e Língua Brasileira de Sinais: o Bilinguismo no contexto educacional(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-08-01) Fernandes, Herlane Martins; Amoedo, Francisca Keila de Freitas; Amoedo, Francisca Keila de FreitasThis article brings reflections on research carried out on studies related to the Portuguese language and the Brazilian Sign Language, considering that currently within the educational process much has been discussed about the inclusion of deaf students in the educational system of regular education, where the communication of the deaf student with hearing colleagues, teachers and other people who are part of the school still causes many obstacles, as most speak Portuguese and the minority speak Libras. Based on this reality, our general objective is to analyze works that discuss bilingualism in the educational context, considering that for the hearing student the first language is Portuguese and for the deaf student it is Libras. So that we can strengthen our studies the works of Katschan (1986), Grosjean (1994), Pedroso (2010) and others. Still as a methodological course, the research is supported by the dialectical method, which Ghedin (1965) says that in this method “the socio-historical and dialectical character of social reality, bibliographic based on Severino (2007), is incorporated, as we will be analyzing works that comes to present research related to the Portuguese language and Libras in a bilingual way within the inclusive educational context.Item Análise microbiológica da água do bebedouro da escola estadual de tempo integral Arindal Vinicius da Fonseca Reis, Manicoré-AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2022-08-30) Costa, Daniel Da Silva; Castro, Diogo Pereira deDespite being a simple compound made up of two hydrogen and one oxygen (H2O) molecules, water is essential for all life forms on planet Earth. However, obtaining good quality water is becoming increasingly difficult due to the degradation of water sources or even its inadequate management, generated by the increased use of this resource in recent years. Considering the importance of water quality for human health and the several reports of its contamination by Escherichia coli and total coliforms in Brazilian schools, as well as the lack of studies related to its quality evaluation in the city of Manicoré-AM, a study was carried out. An initial study was carried out to determine if the water intended for human consumption offered in public schools in Manicoré complies with the potability standards established in Ordinance no. 2914/2011 from the Ministry of Health. To conduct this study, a drinking fountain from the State School of Integral Time Arindal Vinicius da Fonseca Reis was selected and two microbiological analyzes were performed, with an interval between them for cleaning the internal and external surface from the water fountain. The results of the analyzes revealed the presence of E. coli in 100% of the samples (1st and 2nd microbiological analyzes) and total coliforms in 50% of the samples (1st microbiological analysis), diagnosing that the water offered by the school is unfit for human consumption. In the first microbiological analysis, 1.6 x 103 CFU / 100mL of E. coli and 2.48 x 103 CFU / 100 mL of total coliforms were detected, while the second analysis revealed the presence of 1.6 x 102 CFU / 100 mL E. coli, which characterizes fecal contamination of water. During cleaning procedures, a frog was found on the inner surface of the drinker, so it was possible to establish the hypothesis that fecal contamination is related to this animal, that due to the intense microbial dissemination, only a clean was sufficient to eliminate the entire E. coli population. At the end of this study, the results were passed to the school management and the officials responsible for cleaning the drinking fountain, they also received a lecture and a Standard Operating Protocol (SOP) for the proper cleaning of drinking fountains, which was elaborated for this study. School management and staff are committed to following the passed-on guidelines and taking the necessary steps to ensure water potability. We believe that fecal contamination of drinking water is not related to groundwater contamination and tree frogs are the vectors of E. coli. Water can be defined in several ways, for COSTA et al, 2003; ASSIS et al., 2014. Water is one of the most abundant elements in nature and of great importance for the life of all living beings. For BONFANTE et al, 1999. Water is defined as the most abundant liquid on the planet and is essential for the survival of plants, animals and microorganisms. In the same line of reasoning BRUNI, 1993; says that water is one of the most present substances in nature and a vital vital and indispensable element for the survival and existence of all living beings in general. Thus, based on the definitions cited above, I can define that water is nothing more than a combination of water is nothing more than a combination between two atoms of the periodic table one of the most important and vital sources of life, and cannot be replaced by any other known liquid by any other liquid known, being well corroborated in the words of WHO, 2011; which states that water is essential to sustain life, and a satisfactory (adequate safe and affordable) supply must be accessible to all. Since in Brazil, the right to consume quality water has been established since the Federal Decree No. 79.367 of March 9, 1977 (FREITAS & FREITAS, 2005). However, in order for this offer of safe and accessible adequate drinking water to be made throughout the country, the Ministry of Health through the National National Agency for Sanitary Surveillance (ANVISA), has been editing ordinances to address the control and distribution of water in the country, the most recent is the MS Ordinance No. 2914 of December 12, 2011 December 2011, determining that the potability of water is the responsibility of the State and the nation State and the nation, with the former having to ensure the proper management of water resources water resources and the second, the conscious use of the resource. The guarantee of the safety and potability of water depends on the proper functioning of several steps in the supply process the supply process, from treatment to distribution; and, if the water supply is 15 any of them present failures, there may be contamination process (BRASIL, 2011). With this from the ordinance issued by the Ministry of Health in 2011, were fixed the maximum levels of impurities in water for human consumption, where drinking water must drinking water must be free of thermotolerant coliforms or Escherichia coli in 100 ml of sample and absence of bacteria of the total coliform group in 100 ml (BRAZIL, 2011). Because total coliforms are gram-negative bacilli, aerobic or facultative anaerobic facultative anaerobes, non-spore forming, able to develop in the presence of presence of bile salts or surfactants that ferment lactose producing acid production of acid, gas, and aldehyde at 35°C over a period of 24 to 48 hours, and activity of the enzyme ß-galactosidase (BRASIL, 2013a). key words: water, water contamination, importance of cleaningItem Análise microbiológica da água do igarapé Cachangá no município de Manicoré-AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2022-08-30) Bacuri, Jeimiciane Coutinho; Castro, Diogo Pereira deThe city of Manicoré was built between streams and with the increase in population brings major environmental consequences in the urban perimeter, the wishes of human sinks and pits are poured into streams. In the Urban region, thus causing contamination to streams. Based on this proposal, the objective of this paper is to analyze the water of the stream to prove contamination in the urban region of Manicoré and to elaborate a lecture to clarify the contamination of the urban perimeter at the school Aristeu da cunha virgolino in the municipality of ManicoréAm. Key words: water analysis; cachangar stream; contaminationItem Análise socioliguística da expressão “que só” na fala de estudantes de uma escola no município de Maués-AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-08-02) Rodrigues, Maria Ocilane dos Santos; Castro, Franklin Roosevelt Martins deThe present paper has the objective of performing a sociolinguistic analysis regarding the use of the expression "inside" of the student from the 6th to 9th grade of a school in the municipality of Maui’s, a city in the interior of the state of Amazonas. All sociolinguistic aspects were included, such as grammatical and lexical interlinguistic variables between a formal language and a colloquial language, in which one can frame the expression of the object of study. For example, it was be analyzed whether the use of the expression is locally related or can be found in different places, as well as being a different context. Among the theorists who supported the work, the most relevant were Antunes (2009), who in contextualized grammar - cleaning the dust of simple ideas, talks about the interaction and influence that people exert on each other in communicative exchange; Weinreich, Labov, Herzog, (2006), who report witnessed experiences on variations in different linguistic communities in the work of empirical foundations for a theory of LANGUAGE CHANGE; Bechara (2009), who in Modern Portuguese Grammar, conceptualizes some different types of grammar and the meaning of adverb and adverbial phrase; Azeredo (2010) in Portuguese language under discussion: knowledge and teaching, talks about the language's ability to reinvent itself, to transform itself according to the context; Finally, Ilari and Basso (2014), in our work the Portuguese of us - the language we study and the language we speak, showing a little of the origin and expansion of Portuguese in BrazilItem Aplicabilidade da lei 11.6452008, no ensino médio em uma escola pública no município de Manicoré AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2023-03-03) Magalhães, Thais da Silva; Sicsú, Delma Pacheco; Sicsú, Delma PachecoThe objective of this work was to analyze the Applicability of Law 11.645/2008 in the teaching-learning process of the Culture and History of the original peoples, integrated in the Indigenous Literature, in a public school of Elementary and Secondary Education of Full Time in the municipality of Manicoré-Am . The said law came into effect on 03/10/2008 and deals with the mandatory teaching of Afro-Brazilian and Indigenous History and Culture in public and private schools in our country. This research is of a basic and exploratory nature, because it aims to contribute to the knowledge of a certain study, of a qualitative and quantitative nature. The participatory methodology had as informants teachers and high school students of the referred school. Aiming at deepening the theme, bibliographic research techniques accessed through magazines, articles on virtual sites and university libraries were used. Data collection was done through a questionnaire prepared with open and closed questions and then applied to 17 students and 04 Portuguese Language teachers. Based on the presented data, it was verified the lack of knowledge of the aforementioned Law, as well as the lack of training for teachers on indigenous issues. In this sense, continuing education is an option given in this work, because even with the lack of knowledge about the original peoples, the teachers showed interest in learning and passing on knowledge in accordance with the proposals supported by the Law. The theorists used to support this work were Kaka Werá Jecupé, Terry Eagleton, Maria Celestino Almeida and Daniel Munduruku.Item Aplicação de função do 1º grau no EJA a partir do tema transversal trabalho e consumo(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-05-14) Feitosa, Ana Isabel Moreira; Moraes, Nadime Mustafa; Carvalho, Joelma Monteiro deNowadays, mathematics plays an important role. teaching needs to correspond in a more versatile, intelligent and efficient way to the world, making it accessible to those who seek it. However, there are Despite so much technology and resources, the teaching of mathematics continues, in most cases, being presented in the traditional perspective, with use only blackboard and brush and mechanical calculations without contextualization. Facing the current scenario of teaching, this work aims to use the transversal theme work and consumption focusing on the subject 1st degree polynomial function, considering that the cross-cutting themes are recommended in PCN's and bring the reality of students students' reality of everyday examples emphasizing that such issues can be worked in all subjects and mathematics could not be different very On the contrary, it can be seen that there is great interest on the part of students, facilitating learning, making the student aware that learning, making the student aware that he can and should be an agent the environment in which he lives, where there is an awakening to the subject, where the identification of graphs relate examples of everyday life, stimulate what will be taught in the initial series of EJA. Once the transversality involves all areas of knowledge, focusing on the social, ethical focus on social, ethical, cultural development, promoting curiosity, qualification in the elaboration technologies for the formation of the student in the exercise of citizenship taking into account the worldview in view of a learning that can guide the development of a society based on equality. In this way, we intend to use mathematics to show that it is a science that covers different areas of knowledge, and that can promote reflection, values and promotion of a society focused on local values, and especially to citizenship.Item Atividades lúdicas como estratégias de ensino e aprendizagem de ciências naturais na rede pública de Manicoré-AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-08-28) Correia, Clicia da Silva; Souza, Rayane Delmondes do NascimentoGames provide children and adolescents with a range of possibilities, and they can develop the power of research, creativity and invent new ways to discover the world and even rediscover what they already know. Given this perspective, this research sought to develop playful activities as strategies for teaching and learning in the science discipline. The activities took place at Padre Sebastião Municipal School, in two classes of the seventh year of high school. Questionnaires were used to verify the teachers' use of this teaching method and it was determined that they did not use playfulness as a teaching strategy. As for students, the class that had fun activities improved by 20% compared to the initial test of previous knowledge about the subject. After the lessons with the use of playfulness, it was possible to verify that this method has effectiveness for the teaching of Natural Sciences Key words: Playfulness, science teaching, gamesItem Avaliação da conservação da Mata Ciliar - estudo do lago novo de Boca do Acre(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-10-30) Santos, Cassiana Vireira dos; Pereira, Marta Regina; Pereira, Marta ReginaLago Novo is located in the urban area of the municipality of Boca do Acre, AM. The spring has relevant environmental, social and economic importance for the local population, however, in the last For years, the Lake has been losing much of its riparian forest due to the increase in residents on the banks of the aquifer. The objective of this research was to evaluate the consequences of forest reduction ciliary of Lago Novo. For this, a questionnaire was applied, containing 24 questions, to the residents around the lake. A survey of existing species in the locality was also carried out, five plots were defined on the right bank and five on the left bank, totaling 10 plots of 10 x 10 m, which were also recorded through photographs. The data were organized in a spreadsheet and presented through graphs and tables. The application of the questionnaire revealed some practices, on the part of the residents, that contribute to the degradation of the Lake New, such as the removal and burning of riparian vegetation for agricultural production, the construction of residences and commercial establishments; In addition, some farmers carry out practices unsustainable agricultural practices, such as burning organic matter and applying pesticides to crops; it was also found that 75% of the residents throw their excrements directly into the soil, which can be a potential source of lake water contamination. The floristic survey showed that on the right bank of Lago Novo, where there is a greater flow of people, the level of degradation is higher, in view of the lower density and diversity of species when compared to the left bank, with only one species being observed. exclusive to first against 12 exclusive species in the second. Therefore, some residents around the lake contribute significantly to the removal of riparian vegetation from the spring and the damages resulting from this action, such as reduced fish population, increased water temperature, reduced width of the spring and increased pests. . However, despite the degradation of the riparian forest observed, it is still possible to recover it, because among the species still existing in the locality, the vast majority are native to the region.Item Avaliação da contaminação Bacteriana na água dos bebedouros das escolas municipais da zona urbana de Boca do Acre - AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-10-30) Morais, Eliane Santana; Castro, Diogo Pereira; Serra, Paula Taquita; Castro, Diogo Pereira de; Damasceno, Andrey Azedo; Pereira, Marta Regina SilvaKnowing that water is a vital substance for the survival of terrestrial life, this paper deals with the relevance of water quality in the municipal schools of Boca do Acre-am. The waters of the drinking fountains of nine schools were analyzed after the drinking fountains were cleaned and the water treated with 2.5% sodium hypochlorite. Subsequently, topics about water and the importance of its treatment were lectured. The method used was the Collipaper kit that identifies microbiological agents through a dehydrated gel for Total Coliforms and Escherichia coli. Pathological agents were detected in all drinking water, making it unfit for human consumption. After disinfection of drinking fountains by cleaning, only one school (EMCC) was negative for E. coli and Total Coliforms. Treatment with 2.5% sodium hypochlorite was not effective as expected, this may be because hypochlorite lost its active chlorine due to shelf life or poor storage. Therefore, all schools had bacteriological contamination. Only the EMPNA and EMPF schools located in the Platô do Piquiá neighborhood showed negative results for E. coli and Total Coliforms.Item Avaliação da efetividade da educação ambiental em duas escolas no município de Manicoré-AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-08-30) Barbosa, Laura Letícia Lima; Gualberto, Cláudia GemaqueEnvironmental education is fundamental for making people aware of the world in which they live so that they can have an increasingly better quality of life without disrespecting the environment. The main objective is to try to create a new mindset regarding how to use the resources offered by nature, thus creating a new model of behavior, seeking a balance between man and the environment. Thus, this study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of environmental education activities on solid waste disposal in schools in Manicoré-AM. The applied methodology was the questionnaires, addressed to the teachers and the staff of the schools. The application of the questionnaires was made by appointment, with voluntary participation. The results obtained through the application of the questionnaires were that the most used materials in both evaluated schools were paper, plastic, with little use of metal, and regarding the use of organic material, it is clear that both interviewees confuse the correct destination. of this material. And although they were advised before starting the research on the correct ways to perform the reuse and correct disposal of waste, it can be seen that most still confuse where to discard the waste produced in their daily lives, He also noted that despite the lecture students still have difficulties in assimilating which is the appropriate place to discard the materials, if they are confused in color, this demonstrates the need for frequent lectures on Environmental Education at school that will probably extend to homes of the children. Key words: Environmental education, Solid waste, selective collection.Item Os benefícios do laboratório de biologia para o processo de aprendizagem dos alunos da Escola Estadual Professor Antônio José Bernardo Vasconcelos do município de Boca do Acre - Am(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-12-15) Pena, Lucas Sales; Cavalcanti, Maria do Perpetuo Socorro da Rocha; Cavalcanti, Maria do Perpetuo Socorro da Rocha; Damasceno, Andrey Azedo; Castro, Diogo Pereira deThe use of practical laboratory classes is a very important tool in the teaching-learning process, in view of the greater ease in learning when theory is associated with practice. However, most public schools in Brazil are still lacking in this teaching methodology, either due to lack of physical space to carry out these practices, or due to the lack of available materials, thus preventing their use as a routine practice in educational establishments. The objective of this research was to survey the importance of using the laboratory in practical classes in Biology, from the perspective of high school students and professors of the state school Professor Antônio José Bernardo Vasconcelos, as well as to verify the use of the laboratory of the school in practical classes. A specific questionnaire was applied to the students and another to the teachers. The results showed that most of the students never attended a practical laboratory class in biology. It was also found that of both students and teachers believe that practical laboratory classes help in the learning process classes to be held. Despite this, no classes are held in the laboratory, according to teachers, this is due to structural problems and insufficient materials to meet all students. With this conclusion, it is not enough for the school to have a laboratory and the teachers and students have knowledge about the importance of practical classes and aim for these to be carried out, it is necessary to offer conditions of use for the laboratory to be used in classes practices.Item Bioprospecção de fungos basidiomicetos produtores de enzimas oxidativas coletados no município de Boca do Acre-AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-10-30) Pinto, Adriana de Souza; Damasceno, Andrey Azedo; Grassi, Emanuel MarceloBioprospecting is a way of systematically exploiting nature in search of genetic materials for commercial purposes, and has become a major focus of biotechnology. The term bioprospecting can be understood as the systematic search for organisms, genes, enzymes, compounds, processes and parts from living things that have economic potential and eventually lead to product development. Therefore, it is necessary that we perform a screening of fungi belonging to various groups in order to select for further and deeper studies, those with ligninolytic potential. It is noteworthy that the determination of enzymes a work that consumes time and chemical material not always of low cost, which makes any research in this sense more expensive. In this context, we present the present project where we intend to use the methodology proposed by Bavendamm to perform a preliminary evaluation of Amazon fungi with biotechnological potential. The collection wasperformed in the city of Boca do Acre in the summer period, the strains were labeled and identified in the laboratory, and later bioprospection with tannic acid was performed. Of the twelve Amazonian strains evaluated, five presented halos indicative for phenol oxidases enzymes. However, the greatest activity was evidenced for the species Trametes cubensis, with a mean of halos in 72 hours of activities of 14 and 16 mm, respectively. Despite the favorable result, it is essential to optimize these processes, such as different carbon sources, pH range and also to determine the enzymes of the phenol oxidase class, such as lacase.Item As campinas e campinaranas amazônicas revisão bibliográfica(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2022-08-30) Soares Junior, Aldenor Mendes; Pereira, Marta ReginaThe work is developed in a bibliographical summary of campinas and campinaranas, vegetal formations in white sand.
