Resumo
The research in question made use of Educational Robotics as a playful tool in the teaching
of Physics in the area of Natural Sciences. To work on the concepts of science in the case of
physics, the LEGO Modelix kit was used, in a proposal of a theoretical model that contributes
to the planning of the teaching-learning process for Elementary School. The work aims to
analyze the use of Educational Robotics resources in the teaching-learning process and how
much these materials stimulated the students of the Municipal Walter Cabral School to learn
concepts of this area of knowledge. For this, a systematic observation was carried out and two
questionnaires were applied: one for students from the 6th to the 7th grade and another for
students from the 8th to the 9th grade. The research showed that educational robotics significantly favors learning, awakening students' creativity and promoting a
transdisciplinarity between robotics and science concepts.
