A prova no processo coletivo ambiental e o novo CPC

Abstract

What are the implications of adopting the new CPC for the collective environmental process? How might evidentiary management be influenced by such changes? This book will try to answer such questions, tracing its study on the dynamic theory of the burden of proof, especially with regard to the implications, in terms of collective environmental procedural law, of its adoption by the new civil procedure code. To this end, the author will build the foundations from the principle of in dubio pro Ambiente and the theory of dialogue of sources.
