Um estudo descritivo de um Hospital com característica de Hotelaria Hospitalar: um estudo de caso no Hospital Adventista.

Abstract

It is understood that hospital hospitality is a tool that generates a lot of impact in the hospital sector. When entering a hospital with a differential treatment generates customer satisfaction, as it meets and even exceeds expectations. Therefore the general objective of the study is to analyze the characteristics of a hospital with hospital hospitality segment. In view of the general objective, the following specific objectives were elaborated: Identify the characteristics of hospitality in a hospital hotel business and Analyze the benefits of hospital hospitality. The approach of the study is qualitative and the methodological objectives are exploratory and descriptive. The study was interesting to analyze the humanized process and its real benefits within the recovery process.
