Resumo
The aim of this article is to think of theater as a possible methodology to broaden the educational horizons of 21st century transforming schools, helping teachers and students to experiment with other creative possibilities through experiences with theatrical performance, taking into account the capacity of the teacher. theater become a powerful interdisciplinary tool helping the student broaden their understanding of other areas of knowledge. To this end, we take a tour first of what becomes a transformative school based on its positive aspects and its challenges today, understanding why this pedagogical proposal is increasingly replacing traditionalist education that with so many urgencies is no longer enough. Also seeking to make a presentation of two of these schools in the city of Manaus. And finally, it is urgent to think of a transformative school that is not imported, but adapted to the realities of our region, because it is no longer appropriate to use pre-established teaching-learning models from other regions of the country or even from abroad, but understanding that The education of the future is based on a democratic school, based on the cultural diversity and specificities of northerners and their own culture, which is why this article proposes a school with an immaterial territorial dimension, a forest school.
