Resumo
The present study seeks recurrences in the dance creation processes in the Manacapuru cirandas, a study that will clarify if there is a difference between the creation processes of the trained and non-trained dance choreographers. The research described the creation processes and verified their choreographic elaboration mode. The work has as research form, the descriptive study, given that interviews were conducted to help in the collection of information. The interviews were done with three choreographers, one from each ciranda. Although choreographers have similar methods of creation, but there is a technical difference in one of the choreographers, who is trained in dance and uses what he learned in college to teach. Therefore, by the study done, the result was that the choreographer trained in dance differs from the others in his choreographic creation, because the others do not have courses or faculty in the determined area, only empirical knowledge.
