Resumo
The present work refers to the importance of reusing foods that they are usually
disposed of in the trash, especially winthin the school environment. Good like, aims
to sensitize studente and teachers by showing them the benefits this modality can
bring to health and development bodv. The methodology explains how this work was
performed, it was divided into III psrts for better presentantion and explanation. Then
applied a questionnaire wiht it was possible to raise the tradicional knowledge of
students with reuse of non-conventional parts of Food. Presentation of revenues
produced from the reuse of these foods. Data were organized in Excel
spreandsheests and presentedd in tables and graphs. The resultas show the
tradicional knowledge of the reseearch participants regarding the importance of
reusing, composed of a large number of women, participants were offered free and
williananess to participate in the porject, enjoying some recipes and by answering the
proposed questionnaire. Finally the results evidenced that the reuse of Food really is
importante especially within the school environment. Because children need to eat
properly and need all the necessary nutrientes so taht they can have a good
cognitive development and through reuse can improve the queality of life abundantly,
because most vitamins and nutriens needed to this is contained in the
unconventional parts of the Food, and so we had a 90% approval rating from
students regarding Food reuse.
