Resumo
With technology in a growing state in industrial processes, an excellent opportunity arose to
develop a work that approached the entire background of process automation from the birth of
the project to its conception and final release. The present work deals with the installation of
two robotic cells in a production cell for the manufacture of copper tubes used in the
production of air conditioners. The chosen theme will address the issue of the challenge of
automating processes that have ergonomic risks and that need to be improved according to the
regulatory standards in force in the project in question (NR10, NR12 and NR17). Here, in this
work, it will be possible to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the implementations
that will be carried out, as well as the gains of the factory after the release of the project. The
choice of using robots in the system was followed by the possibility of it performing the
necessary tasks with precision and making the productive process effective in terms of quality
and productivity, thus reducing waste and reducing the risk of accidents at work.
