A capacitação do mestre de cerimônias na organização de eventos: uma nova visão

Abstract

This work deals with the Master of Ceremonies, which is part of the actors of the sector of events, which in turn is also inserted within the context of tourism. In order to approach this theme, it is necessary to understand more about tourism and the sector of events, to make a background and to understand the role and importance of the master of ceremonies within the sector of events. The objective of this work is to understand the comparison of the importance of the Master of Ceremonies in the elaboration of events, and has as specific objectives: To draw the profile of the Masters of Ceremonies of the city of Manaus; Analyze the importance of masters of ceremonies in the period 2005-2018 and Compare the results analyzed. The inductive method was applied with an applied purpose in order to explore and describe the subject in question. The means used were bibliographic research to obtain theoretical reference and field visit that was carried out with six professionals of postgraduate events by the UEA who were selected as a sample within the universe of event organizers. As a result, a Masters Ceremony profile and its importance were elaborated in 2005 and 2018 with a comparison of the results achieved. The results obtained with this research seek to answer the objectives proposed by the work, but is limited by the small number of interviewees
