Abstract

This article aimed to analyze the activities for the socioeconomic development of the market vendors at the Bagaço Fair, which is located in the neighborhood of Francesa Rua Silves in the municipality of Parintins-Am. In this research process, it was necessary to search for theoretical references that addressed the theme, to list the stages that the market vendors go through to reach their economic percentage in a fair that has in its characteristic the "free market", a field research was important to introduce the methodological forms, aspects were observed such as the conditions of the commercial activities of the Hortifruti sector, origin of the products and the social relations that encompass information regarding the trajectory and challenges that are present in the daily lives of the market vendors in this location.
