Relato de Experiência: Aplicação de materiais ecológicos e adaptados nas aulas de Educação Física no Estado do Amazonas

Abstract

The need to use alternative methods arises from the urgency of considering human impacts on the environment, especially in the field of education. The introduction of durable and disposable materials in physical education classes seems to be an ecological option. This paper explains how the use of these resources can help raise students' environmental awareness and provide solutions to material scarcity by utilizing local and recyclable resources. They were renewable ecological resources, with awareness-raising activities and clarifications for material production. Although the use of these materials did not fully resolve the lack of resources, it had a positive effect on environmental awareness, promoting ecological use. It was concluded that this approach can be effective in environmental education, as well as addressing the problem of material shortages in school physical education classes, an issue that has frequently occurred in public education systems, both municipal and state. In this Amazonian biome, there are numerous material resources that can be used as recreational and leisure implements, in addition to materials for school sports resources.
