Resumo

This work addresses the use of educational animations in public schools in Parintins, aiming to modernize the teaching-learning process. The theoretical contributions were based on Barbosa, (2020), Muniz, (2023) and Almeida, (2003). The qualitative research used case study methods, documentary research and semi-structured interviews with public school teachers. The results indicate that animations have a significant positive impact on student engagement and motivation, facilitating the understanding of complex concepts and making the most dynamic and interactive classes. However, challenges such as the lack of adequate technological infrastructure and the need for continuous training of teachers were identified. The research concludes that, to maximize the benefits of educational animations, it is essential to invest in teacher training and improving technological conditions in schools.
