Abstract

This book is part of the collection Education in the countryside, waters and forests: weaving teacher training curricula in the Amazon context. It seeks to analyze the historical trajectory of art teaching in Brazilian schools, and to reflect on art teaching in schools in and around the countryside, considering current perspectives and the evaluation of art learning processes.
