Resumo
This Experience Report presents reflections from the supervised internship carried out at the Barão de Boca do Acre State School, where I sought to integrate theory and practice in history teaching. The objective was to understand the educational dynamics and identify the methodologies used in teaching for elementary school. Through observation and participation in the classroom, it was possible to perceive the needs and interests of the students, as well as develop activities that would make learning more meaningful. The results indicated that adapting historical content to the students' reality is crucial to engaging them and facilitating the construction of historical knowledge. The internship experience proved enriching for my training as an educator, highlighting the importance of continuous teacher training and the valuing of students' experiences in the teaching-learning process. With this, I hope to contribute to reflection on pedagogical practices that can improve education at the Barão de Boca do Acre State School.
