Resumo
Teacher training is extremely important, because this training will result in a teacher and teacher of basic education, so it needs to be efficient and prepare this future teacher for the challenging profession that is teaching. This study addresses teacher training in pedagogy: the Pibid and Pedagogical Residence and its contributions to teaching praxis, the experiences lived by teachers undergoing training in the pedagogy course at CESP/UEA in the PIBID and Pedagogical Residence programs. This research was carried out through a questionnaire, answered by academics participating in the programs and training teachers. Authors that support this study are Gatti (2019), Pimenta e Lima (2018), Libâneo (2007), Freire (2011), e Nóvoa (2017). The importance that programs play in teacher training was evident, as they provide participants with teaching practices, experiences with schools and the improvement of teacher training, so that for participants the programs provided the experiences and experiences that training should provide.
