Geometria dos fractais e suas infinitas aplicações

Abstract

This course completion work aims to present an overview of bibliographical research on the geometry of fractals and their applications in different areas of human knowledge. A search was carried out in several Brazilian and non-Brazilian scientific articles and in several scientific and academic institutions with publications on the research topic. Only articles with significant and important research were chosen to expose the topic in question. After all the articles were analyzed, a number of articles were chosen for this research to be carried out. The main objective of this research is to show how important the topic in question is not only for mathematics, but for all scientific and non-scientific fields of knowledge.
