Análise do ambiente organizacional em hotel

Abstract

This work describes the structure of a Hostel from its historicity to the present day, taking as an example the applicability of the system in the city of Manaus in the Local Hostel. Its general objective is to identify the organizational procedure of the hostel system. The specific objectives are: Highlight the administrative process of hostel; Identify the main barriers as well as the benefits; Evaluate the characteristics to work in a hostel and Define sectors from the administration and hotel management As for the methodology the approach was qualitative and quantitative. The research was of great importance because it helped the researcher to understand the operation of such an enterprise and to make available bibliographic studies contributing to the knowledge
