O processo criativo da montagem cênica "O Sonho de Savana"

Abstract

This work aims to present the memories of the creative process of the spetacle O Sonho de Savana through a descriptive memorial of the paths achieved to adapt an authorial literary work to the theater. After rereading the text begins an investigative process of symbolist aesthetics to understand the future challenges of this journey that mixes reality with fantasy. Will be presented the procedures used to make possible the conception of the spectacle, which begins with the transposition of the text to the dramatic language, starting for the first rehearsals and later facing the adversities and learning to deal with the new challenges during the process and the adaptations caused by it, as was the case of the transform other spaces in rehearsal rooms. Bibliographical and website searches were made, as well as the rescue of musical and cinematic references that became inspirations for the composition of characters, visualities and construction of scenes, one of the most extensiva stages in the process of conception of the spetacle. As a director I was at the disposal of the manifestations that were arising through the provocations that challenged the course of the creative process, making O Sonho de Savana a scenic reality, coming from this desire to materialize an almost impossible universe that transited the real and mystical worlds.
