Dificuldades de pronúncia do francês para o cantor brasileiro

Abstract

Learning language pronunciation in singing is not a simple task, once acquiring a foreign language sound system is a complex process and sometimes seems to be problematic for the learner due to the interference of their native language. Considering this, the present study aims to investigate, in general, the difficulties in the pronunciation of the French language for Brazilian singers. This way, the article performs a contrastive study between Brazilian Portuguese and French, showing the differences and similarities between the two languages in order to identify and anticipate possible pronunciation problems, in order to direct Brazilian singer to an effective and systematized learning.
