Abstract

This article has as its theme: “The importance of reading and interpreting literary tales with 1st grade high school students in promoting literary reading at school”. This theme arose from the fact that many students are not encouraged to read, especially literature, which justifies this study. The objective of this study is to show how the reading and interpretation of literary tales with 1st grade high school students contributes to awakening a taste for literary reading. We understand that stimulating and promoting literary reading is the role of the teacher and he must use the necessary tools to guide students in the best way.
