Resumo
People management is a niche of fundamental importance at all levels within a business organization, especially in the hospitality industry, the focus of this research alluded to under employees and the motivational practices that are used to generate results in the workforce, performance, dedication and discipline, causing a decrease in employee turnover in the company. Such practices are of paramount importance with regard to the companies' visibility and feedback, ensuring that they are always in free commercial competition with different companies in the same field. That said, this work has as its main reason, to analyze and debate the importance of this motivational practice, applied by Personal Management in employees in the hotel industry. The approached means is exploratory and descriptive with a qualitative study approach through field research and questionnaires answered by hotel company managers, thus making it crystal clear the importance that the motivational practices applied by the personal management of these companies is of trivial importance for the development of collaborators and consequently the solidification of the company
