Nômades digitais: uma análise do estilo de vida nômade, sua influência no turismo e na hospedagem em hostels.

Abstract

This research investigates digital nomads as a tourist segment. Its main objective is to understand how this new model relates to the tourism sector and hostel accommodation. The study addresses how technology and the evolution of the internet, combined with dissatisfaction with the current work model, influenced the changes that resulted in the emergence of this new lifestyle, discussing the profile of these individuals, their perceptions regarding travel and their free time and how tourist destinations are adapting to meet the demands of this new audience. The approach used was qualitative, with exploratory and descriptive methodological objectives, the data collection tool used was the structured interview, carried out through direct observation of the data. As for the results, they highlight the growing demand from digital nomads.
