Resumo
Based on artistic experiments of Helio Oiticica and his search about human sensoriality, my research aimed to develop a creative process, with autoethnographic focus, which investigated sensitive perception of the creator interpreter e the search of its dilatation, witch Oiticica calls supersensory. Oiticica claimed that this phenomenon was impossible to be stimulated by someone else, because it should appear spontaneously. Starting from this, the research’s hypothesis was the possibility, or not, of search for a sensorial dilatation in a creative process which could approach supersensory, proposed by Helio Oiticica. Over the research, I could realize that, although the perception might be subjective and individual, we, as artists, existed to instigate ourselves and our participants to detachment of our routine conditioning. For Oiticica, the supersensory couldn’t be intentionally provoked, however it’s important for the artist to give the clue about this search. Sensorial dilatation happens when we propose to perceive the banal as something extraordinary, or at least something different from what we use to notice. Thus, the process was divided in three parts: a theoretical survey about the search of supersensory and how to insert that on dance’s universe; methodological aspects of the research; and the description and analysis of the sensory laboratories.
