A importância da educação ambiental no ambiente escolar

Abstract

Environmental education is a topic that must be worked on from the early years so that we can form critical environmental citizens in the future where they can have a different view of the environment, in which they can play a role as a transforming agent with conscience. The present work aims to identify the development of the environmental education theme in a public school in the city of Manicoré, the present research was carried out at the Municipal School Aristeu da Cunha Virgulino in the morning period in 2018, in the 8th class. ° year 1 in order to collect data for research. The methodology used was through questionnaires with closed questions about learning science through their learning difficulties. Analyzing the results obtained, we can observe that most students have a certain knowledge on the subject, however, facing today's environmental problems requires that education be meditative. Therefore, it can be said that environmental education is an essential component to the transformations of the human being, in this sense, to review ways of acting and thinking in relation to nature, a new attitude is assumed, individual or collective, in a harmonious way with environment in which we live.
